Villa Kismet is only 180m from two beach clubs with bars and restaurants. The Kalamar Beach Club also offers water sports, diving and free courtesy transport if required. Kalamar Bay is by far the best location if you want easy access to the sea and beach clubs while you are only within 25 minutes walk from Kalkan town centre.

We stayed almost three weeks in september 2012. Neighbours are a few meters from you and noise is enhanced via the walls. From 18 nights we had at least 9 nights very much noise sometimes until 2.00 hours. We were not very lucky with our neighbours, they did not have any mercy when they had party in the evening.
The house is ok, swimming pool nice and clean the outside area not very spacious. Might be large enough for a week. View is nice but not totally free.
Only good things for the service in general, bread every morning, cleaning garden every morning, cleaning the house and wished you had such a good lady at home! Also the communication with the owner was correct.

As owners of this lovely villa we are slightly perplexed by the above comments. The villa is in our opinion very large with lots of terrace space on all levels.We have had large groups staying at the villa, who usually stated how spacious it was, so bemused that this guest (who were a couple and a baby) did not find the outside area large enough! We also have great views from the villa, with no buildings directly in front of it. In fact, one of the least restricted views in our area. We have guests who return regularly, they love the place so much.
Clearly the villa is in a residential area, thus there are buildings around it. The villa is privately owned and not part of a complex, although looked after by the same management team. We never claimed that it was secluded. As such there will be guests/owners staying in neighbouring buildings who at times will get noisey. Being the summer most people are outside most of the time. Unfortunately, just like anywhere else, including hotels, it is not always easy to control other people's behaviour despite our best endeavours. However, generally people are considerate of others and do find the place relaxing and peaceful.
We are sorry that this particular guest has some issues but feel that perhaps he should have been looking for a different type of villa in a more remote setting. -

Feray was very helpful - she also organized tour operators to drop by to set up our excursions and booked our airport transfers. The villa is beautiful and very nicely furnished and of very high quality. You can walk to town or to the kalamar bay beach club from the villa, although to town is a bit far. We rented a car from al and Tun (the tour operators) and it came in very handy.
We loved Kalkan. People are friendly and food and scenery is spectacular. We'd love to do the trip again. -

What an Incredible Villa. We only left the place a handful of times during our 9 day stay - it was just the perfect place for my family. The views are incredible and the swimming pool is just fab. The Villa accommodates 10 people easily and is finished with wonderful decor and all the home comforts you need!
I have already booked for two weeks next august and I have only been back a day. Kalkan, the Villa and surrounding areas are just amazing - if you are considering Turkey for a holiday then consider this region and this villa - You won't be disappointed. Also the pictures viewed on the website are exactly what you experience when you are there - Just an incredible experience!!

Absolutely fantasic holiday in this amazing villa with the best views in Turkey. Cannot wait to go back. The accommodation was beyond what we could imagine for the price. Kids had a great time in their own appartment under the villa with their own pool if they choose to use it. The kitchen facilities were great especially if you like cooking. The taxi drivers were great. Loved every minute

The villa is very spacious, tastefully furnished and extremely comfortable. The beautiful scenery of its surroundings that filter through the glazing into the villa provides an added dimension. Its a great place for adults, kids and young teenagers. Its proximity to Kalkan main center is also an asset as it provides access to lots of restaurants and bars and a destination for those that enjoy to walk.

Beautiful villa with breath taking views over the sea and close to all amazing restaurants and activities Kalkan has to offer. We had a fantastic time, relaxing by the pool absorbing the views or walking to the sea side for a swim in the sea. At night the restaurants in town could not be any better. I couldn't recommend this place enough.

A relaxing, get away from it all holiday.
Villa Kiset is a beautiful villa and the view is spectacular.
It was lovely having our own pool and the villa was extremely spacious, loved the ottoman room and roof terrace.
People extremely helpful and friendly.
Didn't want to leave and would certainly go back.
