A stylish 4 bedroomed villa with lovely sea views and own pool. Close to the prestigious Regency and Likya Residence Hotels. Just an 8 minute walk from the centre of Kalkan village.

A stunning 4-bedroomed villa in a peaceful location just 8 minutes’ walk from Kalkan’s town centre.

Set over three floors, this stylish air-conditioned villa benefits from having stunning sea views and is close to the prestigious Regency and Likya Residence Hotels.

GROUND FLOOR

The villa has a spacious open plan living, dining + kitchen area (around 60 square metres in total).

The modern kitchen is equipped with dishwasher..., large fridge-freezer, washing machine and cooker.

The dining area seats 8 guests.

The living area has plenty of comfortable seating plus LCD satellite TV and DVD player.

WiFI internet access is also provided.

From the living area, large glass doors lead out onto the pool terrace.

BEDROOMS

The villa has four bedrooms as follows:

Two twin bedrooms and one double bedroom, each with en-suite facilities and sea view balconies.

Large master bedroom suite(with double bed)occupying a whole floor (approximately 25 square metres). This room has en-suite facilities with twin basins plus a dressing room. In addition, this room benefits from a large balcony with stunning sea views.

OUTSIDE THE VILLA

Spacious sun terrace with freshwater pool for sole use and plenty of sunloungers and parasols.

Shaded al-fresco dining area to seat 8 guests.

Stone built BBQ.

  I stayed here with my husband,son and his girlfriend an my sister her partner and her two grown up children recently. we had the most amazing holiday. The villa was stunning it was big enough for us to not get on top of one another and it had everything we needed, the pool was fantastic and the views from the villa were breathtaking.All the rooms were lovely but i bagged the top floor suite and it was very luxurious and the bed was huge . The location of the villa was good too it was very quiet. Although it was a bit hilly to walk to the harbour it was managable for us but taxis were only a couple of pounds for anyone who may have struggled.We all loved Villa alisia and kalkan itself and we would most definatley go back.

  Great Villa in superb location

  Good points: the view and location, the villa itself, as a relatively new build was excellent, as was the pool. Pool towels were provided - despite the agent saying they were not!
  Bad points: The villa was not over clean when we arrived and the cleaning during the week wasonly adequate, the pool servicing - there were daily visits - was so-so, as leaves were still on the bottom after cleaning(!). As a villa for 8 people, we reasonably expected a complete set of crockery and glasses and cooking utensils: However we had to ask for more glasses to make them up to eight...although when they arrived, they were not matching.
  Unacceptable: The master bedroom sheets when we arrived were too small and only just stretched to covering the mattress itself - no hope of tucking them in! Furthermore, the straps securing the mattress cover underneath the bottom sheet were broken. After the first night of disturbed sleep, we succeeded in getting these undersized sheets replaced when we complained the following day, although the mattress protector was remained broken when we left a week later. These undersized sheets then reappeared again with the mid-week laundry change, at which point we lost the will to live!!

  Thank you for leaving a review of Villa Alisia and although we're pleased to hear that you were happy with the villa and it's location overall, we are concerned about the negative points you've raised and these have been taken up with the local management agents. We have subsequently been assured that these issues have been addressed. We also visited the villa after a recent changeover to ensure that the cleaning had been carried out to a satisfactory standard and we are are pleased to report that it had been done to the high level that we would expect. We can only apologise for the shortcomings you experienced during your stay and thank you for bringing these matters to our attention so that we've been able to address them.
