Villa Amethyst is a beautiful 4 bedroomed villa situated in a prestigious position, close to the Regency Hotel and the Likya Residence & Spa. The villa offers stunning views over Kalkan Bay and Kalkan’s village centre is an approximate 8 minutes’ walk away.

Built by one of Kalkan’s top developers, this well-appointed villa is fully air-conditioned and tastefully furnished in a contemporary style.

Ground Floor:

Spacious open plan living / dining area with satellite TV and DVD player. This area leads out onto the pool terrace.

Well-equipped stylish kitchen with modern appliances, including dishwasher, cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine.

First Floor:

2 bedrooms – one double bedroom plus one twin bedroom, each with en-suite facilities and a balcony.

Second Floor:

One double bedroom which occupies the whole floor and has en-suite facilities. This room a large L shaped balcony with stunning views.

Top Floor:

One double bedroom which occupies the whole floor and has en-suite facilities. This room has access to a spacious roof terrace with panoramic views over Kalkan Bay.

  Debbie at Olive Tree provided a first class personal service from my first enquiry through to the follow up after the holiday. She was thorough, very organised and reacted quickly and efficiently to any enquiries I had as well as being warm and friendly, I felt like I was receiving a very personal service.
  
  Villa amethyst is a spacious 4 bedroom/en suite villa. The rooms are bright, immaculate and really comfortable. We were travelling as a group of 5, 2 adults and 3 teenagers and everyone had their own space. All rooms and the pool have amazing views out to Kalkan bay. The management company and rep in resort reacted very quickly to any requests we had and the villa was kept immaculately by the cleaning team.
  
  We also had the use of the Yalli beach club a 10 minute walk away which has a nice restaurant (which we also used one evening for a romantic meal for 5!)and access to the sea. You pay a small amount for the hire of the sunbeds.
  
  Kalkan Marina and old Town are less than 10 minutes walk away so the location is great if you dont want to drive everywhere. There are several supermarkets nearby including a small one to get bread, drinks etc less than 5 minutes walk away. Kalkan's restaurants are excellent and reasonably priced.
  
  Overall a great villa in a really fantastic little town. We will certainly return to Kalkan.
