We are pleased to offer this lovely four bedroomed detached villa which is in a really convenient location just 5-10 minutes’ walk from the heart of Kalkan’s ‘old town’ quarter. The nearest supermarket is just at the end of the road and there are many popular restaurants a stone’s throw away along the ‘Kalamar Road’. Set over four floors, the villa features its own pool plus a roof terrace with stunning views over Kalkan. The villa is laid out as follows:

Pool level + Ground Floor:

Good sized pool (approximately 8 metres long and 1.6 metres deep) and sun terrace furnished with sun loungers..., parasols and plant pots. There’s also a table + chairs on this level to seat four people. On this level, is a one-bedroomed apartment. This has a double bedroom, plus an open-plan living area and kitchenette with gas hob, fridge and sink. Perfect for serving cold drinks by the pool! The apartment also has a shower room and a safe. French doors lead out from the comfortably-furnished living area on to the pool terrace. The apartment can be self-contained but it can also be accessed by the main villa. Next door to the apartment is a separately accessed twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room. This room cannot be accessed via the main part of the house, therefore, it would not be suitable for very young children. It’s ideal for teenagers though, as they can come and go as they please. Steps lead up from the pool terrace to a raised dining terrace that seats six people.

First Floor:

On this level is an open plan living area and kitchen-diner. The dining table + chairs seats six. The compact kitchen is well-equipped and includes a fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, gas hob and electric oven. The living area has comfortable sofas (one of which converts into a sofa-bed) and Juliet balconies overlooking the pool and terrace area. There’s also a working fireplace, a flatscreen TV and DVD player. A door from the living area leads out onto the raised al-fresco dining terrace.

Second Floor:

This level features a large double-aspect master bedroom with a king-sized bed. There is also a sofa that converts into a sofa bed. There are two balconies that overlook the pool and terrace area. Also on this level is a large family bathroom with corner bath and shower. Third Floor This level has a twin bedroom which leads out onto a roof terrace with stunning views over the bay. The terrace is comfortably furnished and is the perfect place to enjoy a pre-dinner tipple!
