We are delighted to offer these two detached modern luxury villas each with four well-appointed bedrooms and stunning sea views. They are both beautifully designed and unusually large - each villa occupies approximately 400 square metres of internal floor space on a plot size up to 675 square metres. The villas are conveniently located on a hillside near the town centre which is an approximate 12-15 minutes’ walk away.
Both villas have been finished to a very specification and feature floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors that make the most of the views. Each villa is luxuriously appointed with a large open-plan living area a...nd state of the art kitchen. The living area opens out onto a granite marble terrace area with a large infinity-edged pool and shaded pergola for al-fresco dining.
Each of the four bedrooms has en en-suite wet room and the master bedroom also features a free-standing contemporary Jacuzzi which overlooks both Kalkan and Kalamar bays. There are a total of three double bedrooms and one twin bedroom in each villa.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
First floor:
110m2 open plan area with kitchen, dining area and living area (with plenty of comfortable seating and flat screen TV). Floor to ceiling sliding doors and windows which lead out onto spacious sunbathing terraces to the front and a large private infinity swimming pool and pool terrace to the side.
Second floor:
Three bedrooms (all en-suite and with private balcony and sea views):
45m2 master bedroom with a separate dressing area.
Separate shower room plus a freestanding Jacuzzi within the main bedroom which has a sea view (the master bedroom in Ada 1 has a circular double bed - in Ada 2, it has a normal double bed).

Ground floor:
This floor opens to the garden area which is well-planted and also includes a seating area as well as a pool table and table-tennis table.
There is one en-suite double bedroom on this level which also opens out on to the garden.
Also on this floor is a flat screen TV with large sofa and a gymnasium (equipped with running machine, exercise bike and cross-trainer).
A separate shower room and WC is situated on this floor as well as a utility area with washing machine.
In Ada 1, there is a sauna on this level. In Ada 2, there is a free-standing Jacuzzi on this level.
Outside each villa: Well established garden on each lower level with pool table and table-tennis table as well as a comfortable seating area. Large L-shaped pool with graduated steps. Shaded al-fresco dining area. Ample sunloungers and parasols. Poolside shower.
