Offered for the first time as a holiday rental for certain dates only, this two-storey stone villa is within the exclusive Patara Prince Resort with its unusual architecture, mature landscaped gardens, 3 outdoor pools and many other amenities (listed below).

Guzel Ev ('translated as Beautiful Home') is a real hidden gem with a romantic feel; every room has a sea view and it’s very tastefully decorated throughout by the current owner with a real opulent Turkish flavour.

The ground floor comprises an open-plan living and kitchen area that lead out onto an outdoor terrace which is a natural extension to the living area. This ha...s dining space for 6 and comfortable seating – the ideal spot to cool off with a refreshing drink and take in the views of the bay and harbour. An elegant spiral staircase leads up to two large bedrooms which are beautifully decorated and furnished. These offer plenty of natural light and the master bedroom offers stunning sea views.

Guests at this villa will benefit from a 25% discount on some additional facilities, such as treatments at the on-site health spa, gym and beauty salon. It’s also possible to arrange to take breakfast at the nearby Patara Prince Hotel – you can access the hotel’s breakfast terrace via a gate and staircase leading directly from the villa’s terrace.

A 10 minute ride in a water taxi will take you to Kalkan harbour – from here you have access to Kalkan’s numerous atmospheric bars and restaurants. Alternatively, you can drive to Kalkan in 5 minutes or walk to the centre of town in just under 20 minutes.

Please note: Owing to the fact that the Patara Prince Resort is built on a fairly steep hillside, there are lots of steps to negotiate and this resort would probably not suit people with walking difficulties. However, this villa is situated close to the Patara Prince Hotel and guests have use of the frequent shuttle bus that can take you to the top of the resort and back down again. The bus stops very close to Guzel Ev’s front entrance.Read more
