Villa Incantata is a spacious, upmarket villa with 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a large private pool set in luscious mature gardens, table tennis, wireless internet, fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV and audio video library. From each of its four large terraces you will marvel at the breathtaking panoramic views of Kalkan bay and the surrounding Taurus mountains.
The villa is air-conditioned throughout and furnished with a blend of Middle Eastern antiques combined with high quality contemporary furnishings.

Villa Incantata is located 1 km uphill from Kalkan center. It offers splendid views of Kalkan bay and the surrounding Taurus mountains. The villa is immersed in luxuriant mature gardens and is surrounded by a high stone wall. There is a garage for your car.
As the lots in this area are large, the area is not high density buildings as other areas in Kalkan. Walk to Akbel or to Kalkan in 12 minutes. There is a small convenience store nearby. Other supermarkets will deliver.
Kalkan is 1.5 hrs by car from Dalaman airport, about 3 hours from Antalya airport. Patara beach is a 15' drive, Kaputas beach is a 5' drive and the town beach is also about 5' by car.

Great holiday in an excellent villa. Great position, with a beautiful view over the bay.
We enjoyed the variety of outdoor seating areas, including a drink on the top balcony as the sun went down.
Very friendly and helpful staff who kept the lovely pool in great condition.
Enjoyed it so much - we are returning.

We had a lovely holiday in Kalkan and Villa Incantata. It is a beautifully furnished, highly comfortable place to spend two weeks. Our three kids had a ball in the pool and playing table tennis. We felt little inclination to stray far as we had everything we needed at the villa. The views from the many seating areas are stunning. Many an evening we sat and watched the lights of Kalkan below us.
I would not hesitate to recommend Villa Incantata to anyone. It is holiday accommodation of the highest standard.

This was our first trip to Kalkan. We loved it! And Villa Incantata is much more beautiful and spacious than the photos suggest - we were quite surprised by its size. All the terraces were put to good use day and night. We particularly enjoyed returning to the villa from town as it is so much cooler on the hillside. We had a breeze almost every evening. The pool and gardens were well maintained by ahmed who also brought us fresh bread whenever we wanted it. Many thanks, Carole, for a lovely vacation.

Our party of eight had a wonderful stay at Villa Incantata. The pool and outside space were the biggest draws, not to mention the amazing views. Ahmed was so helpful in terms of helping us find our way around and looking after the place so well.
