Detached Villa on the Mediterranean coast of Turkey in the pretty fishing village resort of Kalkan Turkey. The villa is set on the hillside with stunning views of Kalkan and Kalamar Bay. The three bedroomed property has its own infinity edged pool and all bedrooms are en suite and have balconies. The large lounge/kitchen diner has granite worktops, LCD 32" TV, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and CD/radio. There is also free unlimited internet access.
The bedrooms all have stunning sea views and is tastefully furnished with an eclectic mix of Turkish materials and the owners own souvenirs from their tgravels.

We had a fabulous week in Kalkan thanks, in part, to Sue and Villa Pisces!!!
Before we even arrived in Kalkan, Sue was incredibly helpful and proved to be a wealth of information. She lives in Kalkan for part of the year, and has excellent contacts and was able to provide fabulous recommendations. She was always available on email and phone to answer questions, and even spent time helping me find accommodation for some family members who decided to vacation there at the same time as us.
When we arrived at Villa Pisces, we were blown away. We had seen pictures of the pool and the view, but it was even more breathtaking in person than we could have ever imagined!! We spent some days just lazing by the pool and taking in the incredible view and often had to force ourselves to leave the villa!
The villa itself is in an excellent location, incredibly clean, well kept, and nicely furnished - we were very impressed! There are balconies and a lovely view from each room. The service was excellent. Sue had a book with recommendations and information about various restaurants. Mehmet and his brother Dali were there anytime we needed anything at all, from helping us set up the wifi to organizing day trips. The pool was cleaned every morning as well.
The sleeping accommodations were comfortable. We were a group of 6 women, so 2 slept in the twin bed room, 2 in the double room, 1 on a sofa bed in the living room, and 1 in the top room. The shower in the top room was not really usable as the floor is a little slanted so the water goes away from the drain and floods the area. However, we were able to share the two other showers. Additionally, the top room is very hot unless the air conditioning has been on for a while - so it is comfortable for sleeping, but less so for brief uses when the a/c has not been on.
Overall we had a fabulous time in Kalkan. We loved the town, the sea, our villa, the people, the food - absolutely everything!! -

From the moment myself and my partner arrived at Villa Pisces, we knew we wouldn't want to return home! The views from the villa were absolutly stunning, especially at night with all the lights down in Kalkan town. We had a very relaxing time, sitting by the pool, playing music, sipping on homemade cocktails and also plenty of Bbqs! The walk in to town is roughly 15mins, we would always get a taxi back as the walk back was very steep. The local butchers was great as was the fish market. Kalkan town was very peaceful and the locals couldnt do enough to help. Aubergine was a very good restaurant as was salt and pepper. I would like to thank Sue for eveything for running so smoothly and we would love to return again in the future. We will definitely be recommending Villa Pisces to friends and family. 10 out of 10!!! :-)

Villa was great, bit of a walk in to town in the evening but not too strenuous and the walk abck was great to work of some of the fabulous food served in every restaurant in Kalkan. The pool was amazing at the villa and there was everything we needed for a very relaxing holiday. Air conditioning in all rooms was a great addition and I'm sure much needed in august. I would definatley stay here again!

Kalkan is the Turkish Coast at its best. A fishing village meets resort atmosphere. Villa Pisces sits quite high in the village with expansive views of the gorgeous turquoise waters. It is a short walk from both the water and the center of town. The Villa is a multi level unit with its own pool. I got to stay on the top floor, a cozy open loft with a bathroom and balcony overlooking the sea.
Susan and Barry are a charming couple. They seem to know everyone in town and have a real interest in Turkish culture. The villa is sleek and elegant, spotless with all the conveniences you would find in an upscale Western European holiday apartment. -

I stayed at Villa Pisces with my family in 2010 and had a wonderful holiday. It was our first visit to Kalkan and we will certainly be back. I agree with the other reviews which are on Tripadvisor that the views are simply stunning. We will certainly return. Mehmet was very helpful. Just one comment. The top room was a little warm but once we used the air con properly (i.e. closed the doors before we put it on) the room soon cooled down. We have booked Villa Pisces again for this year and cant wait.
