This self-catering holiday accommodation can sleep 4 persons (max 5 using folding bed) in two/three bedrooms. Rustically renovated and equipped with modern day facilities, this vacation rental house is an ideal rendezvous when visiting the Maltese islands. Kalkara is a picturesque seaside village across the harbour from Valletta (can be accessed with a boat ferry within minutes costing a mere Euro per person) Located on a promontory flanked by two sea creeks, Kalkara Creek with its colourful fishing boats and beautiful promenade and Rinella Bay with its sandy beach. At the tip of the promontory proudly stands the grand old Royal Naval Hospital of Bighi, which today is used as an international restoration centre. A short walk round Kalkara Creek brings one to the magnificent fortified 'city' of Vittoriosa (Birgu) which was built by the Knights of St John and played a significant role in the Great Siege of Malta in 1565. Vittoriosa has several tourist attractions. The historic Vittoriosa waterfront today displays a pretty yacht marina lined with plenty of good restaurants, a casino, the national maritime museum and at its tip, standing sentinel is the magnificent Fort St Angelo. The Vittoriosa 1565 museum and the inquisitor`s palace are also must see attractions. Kalkara is serviced by an efficient bus service and there is ample parking along the sea front promenade 2 minutes away from the house.

The above rates are based on an occupancy of up to two persons. Each additional person will be charged an extra Euro 15 per night in the peak/high seasons and Euro 10 per night in the mid/low seasons.

Children under the age of 2 years are free and under the age of 12 are half price.
Water and gas consumption is included in the price. However electricity consumption is not included.
Deposit of 25% of the total rental cost payable by cheque or bank transfer. Cheque only accepted if booking is made more than 6 weeks prior to the rental period.
Free airport transfer on arrival only (once only).
Change of linen weekly included.
