ONLINE BOOKING - UPDATED CALENDER - INSTANT BOOKING IF IT IS FREE

This huge house has two parts with 4 bedrooms in each part. There is an option to rent the whole house with 8 bedrooms, or just one part with 4 bedrooms.

Swimming pool (10x6 m). Nice villa in a perfect location just 500 meters from the Kamala beach. Huge nice garden with tropical trees and palms. House is build 2010. Free Wifi. There are sunbeds and umbrellas to use for free in front of the house.

Sleeps maximum 9, with one extra bed. There is four double beds in each part of the house.

The Villa is located in a very nice and calm area in Kamala (Phuket). Located on the same road as Fantasea, near the Beach. A popular area in Kamala, within walking distance of Kamala's amazing beach and resturant areas. Fenced garden, perfect for bigger families with or without children.

There is also 2 spacious bathrooms with shower. Flatscreen TV (32-inch) and DVD. Kitchen is modern and spacious in open plan with living room. Three of the bedrooms has king size beds, one has Queen size beds. Closets in all bedrooms. Bathroom with a high standard tiles. The living room has sofas. Ceiling fans is in all rooms all over the house.

The total area is approximately 180 sq.m. internally. The garden is about 600 sq.m. Choose to sit inside or outside and eat breakfast. Air condition in all bedrooms.

Just outside the area in the village there are a number of mini shops, cafes, restaurants, spas and travel agents.

The house is located at about 10 minutes walking distance (500 m) from the beach of Kamala.

There is taxi stand right outside the house. There is a motorbikes and cars for rent in the area.

Electricity is on top of the rent, and is charged at check out. 6 baht / kwh.

In Kamala you have a lot of choices of many shops, BIG-C foodstore, massage, mini marts as 7/11, Tesco express, Big C, pharmacies, dive shops, restaurants, cafés, bars, hairdresser, travel agencies and more.

This house is located near one of Phukets best beaches, Kamala beach. A nice long beach stretch, where a lot of restaurants, shops and cafés is along the beach. No disturbing roads near the beach. Kamala is located about 15 minutes (with car) north of Patong. It is a nice small genuine Thai village, surrounded with lush and green tropical rain forest.

In Kamala you will find the world famous entertainment show, Fantasea. From Kamala you can easily take a longtail boat and go out for snorkeling in Koh Rock, and have lunch in the desolate Banana beach. Nearby beaches is Laem Singh, Surin and Bangtao.

How do damage deposits work?
