We were a group of family to the villa, we only stayed there for 3 nights which came out to be not enough indeed. The environment & food & service was marvelous. The swimming pool took everyone's breath. It was a quite place but we rented a jeep what didn't take us long time to Patong beach at all. No one should miss the view there. I loved lying on the beach chair of villa and looking at the sunset. We must go back again next year! Kak was very nice person. I wish her a happy wedding!

Traveling with two toddlers, all I want was a trouble free trip. Miss Kak was amazing, she helped me to arrange some toys there so I just needed to bring a few. Staff enjoyed playing with my kids in the lawn, at least I could sip a cup of tea. The chef also very helpful in preparing children dishes n the kids had a great time staying there. I would highly recommend my friends to stay in Villa Talaefun, and certainly I will go again.

We were 7 adults and 3 kids and stayed for 6 days. We did a lot of research before choosing this villa, and had high expectations. The surroundings are breathtaking, even more beautiful than the photos on this site portray. Very peaceful, away from the hustle bustle. The villa is on a hill top with either ocean view or mountain view on all sides. The staff are excellent, very friendly and patiently accommodated all our needs. The chef is very good, and kept the food exciting for every meal, that we didn't go out to a restaurant once. I would definitely recommend this villa for a refreshing and relaxing getaway for family and friends. Thank you so much to Kak and her team (Don, Fa, Shao, Billy) for an experience we will never forget!

What an amazing experience. We all (4 adults, 2 kids aged 7 and 4)had the time of our lives.. The staff were amazing. The level of service was out of this world. I would have to say this was probably the most relaxing time we have spent as a family. I cannot recommend this Villa high enough. The only bad thing was leaving.

On the positives:
- Great staff - very friendly, very helpful. The cook is excellent and we never headed out for a meal!
- Property pics and specs are accurate; the villas is huge and has fantastic views. Sunsets from the pool are a delight
- The pool is a sun haven, a tanning dream come true
However:
- amenities aren't as great as the property; for instance the aircons are noisy; worse, in several bedrooms and the main hall lack capacity to cool the rooms during afternoons.
- the property is at 3 different levels, has stairways, and is spread out wide - so parents with young children who'd like to keep an eye/ear out for the kids will find it challenging to be in separate areas of the villa.
All things said, we loved our stay at the villa and would recommend it for groups who do not need to supervise their children.

level 1: 1 bedroom + 2 connected bedrooms.
level 2: [highest level, connected to other levels with separate staircases] - master bedroom with bath; kitchen, pool, dining hall, lawn
level 3: [under pool] - 2 connected bedrooms

The Villa is absolutely fantastic. There are incredibly views of Kamala Beach and the ocean from the amazing infinity pool. The food was incredible and served whenever we wanted. The staff could not have been more helpful. The location is perfect for Kamala beach and worldclass Scuba diving is nearby. I have stayed in 5 star villas and hotels all over the world and would rate this above all of them!

We were a little skeptical that the actual villa would appear as deluxe as it did in the pictures. If anything it is more beautiful, incredibly well maintained and the service (food, maid, special requests, etc.) are all top shelf. I am so ready to go back and I just got back to Texas. If you want a magical holiday book this place and let them take care of you.

The service was really very professional and friendly as well. The food very high quality and any of our request has been satisfied.The villa manager helped us in organizing beautiful Christmas and New Year Eve parties. The Villa is stunning and so the pool and the view. The location is a little too far from Kamala beach as you have always to move with the car.

Everything was perfect.
Everything your eyes meet, the house, the amenities, the view, is not less than perfect.
So is the service. From the moment we arrived to the day we left, the staff was sincerely happy to be there and contribute to the quality of our stay.

This trip was one of the best trips I ever had.
Th place is amazing, the villa is on top of the hill, so anywhere you look, you see the sea. The garden, swimming pool,rooms, every thing have been done to make you feel serene.
Of course this so great stay would not have been the same without the staff. They are all so kind, always looking forward to make you comfortable. And what about the Thai Cuisine, the chef is really great.

From the moment we were dropped off at the entrance, I felt like I was royalty. I was greeted with a rose in hand and shown around the facility. The view was exactly as I had seen pictured on the internet. Every room was immaculate and the service was top notch. I wish I could have stayed there a few more days. A great break away from the hustle and bustle of Phuket. Highly recommend to others as a great vacation spot.

Our stay at Talaefun was a real treat.
The first thing that strikes you is the beauty of the villa and the surroudings. The view is breathtaking...
Then comes the service: extremly nice and precise. Everything is extremly well done, without you even noticing. Under Kak's supervision, everyone from the cook to the maids worked in harmony and efficiently.
