After doing weeks of research for vacation homes at the Mauna Lani, we and another couple decided on the ali'i Villa. (We usually stay at the resort.) We were both celebrating our anniversaries. One of the big sellers for us was the 3 King beds. This is a very hard feature to find in rental homes. What sealed the deal was my conversation with Mark at Elite. Not only was he passionate about his business, but he was very matter of fact. It was a breath of fresh air. The pictures and are spot on and the home is everything that was described to us. It truely was a vacation retreat. The house was fully equipped and the grocery store is within walking distance. It was a relief that we did not have to run out and buy "everything" outside of the linens for our stay. There is a private beach for home owners and guests, along with a workout facility. When we were in need of something, the local property manager/concierge Wendee, got the job done! Can't say enough great things about her! Not to mention, Mark and Jake at Elite Destinations. Great service and a-1 communication. I would rent from them again without a second thought. There was one glitch while we were there. The hotel failed to give the team advance notice of the resort being completely closed to non-guests. A convention rented out the entire resort. We could not even step foot in the parking lot. This was a complete disappointment to us all. We had our hearts set on going to the Canoe House for our anniversaries and being able to spend some time at the resort. We received an apology from Mark and a future incentive to help make up for the mishap. The gesture was much appreciated. If you want a truely relaxing kickback vacation with the option of a world class resort for entertainment and food and an awesome concierge, this house is a homerun! Thanks to Wendee, Mark and Jake for helping make our wedding anniversaries memorable.

Lovely home, beautifully decorated. Everything like new. Sheets, towels, and bath robes of top quality. Pool and jacuzzii in back yard a great plus. Lots of privacy. Only took off a point for location because no ocean view and not on beach but we didnt expect or seek that and wouldnt have gotten this type of deal if there was an ocean view! Mauna Lani beach club short drive and a great asset. Perfect for a famiily or several couples traveling together.
