Minimbah Farm is a wonderful holiday destination comprising of three gorgeous farm cottages and an event marquee, situated on a magnificent 143 acre beef cattle property perfectly positioned in Australia's most beautiful valley - Kangaroo Valley.

Minimbah is suitable for couples, families, large groups or special events such as weddings, celebrations and functions.

You can relax and take in the stunning views from the verandahs, wander around the wonderful farm which is surrounded by lush rainforest. Enjoy a bbq at the creek, feed the goats, alpacas and miniature cattle, collect the eggs from the friendly chooks or go kangaroo an...d wombat spotting at dusk or dawn. There is also a mini 'hack around' golf course.

We are located less than 2 kms from the village in Kangaroo Valley where you will find excellent cafes and restaurants as well as many specialty shops and 2 grocery stores. Activities include canoeing, horse riding, mountain biking, golf and tennis. Kangaroo Valley is 2 hours south of Sydney and 30 minutes to surf beaches.

Events: Minimbah provides an amazing place for you to have your own very special event. Whether it be your wedding venue for both the ceremony and reception, a corporate conference, workshop, retreat or party. Our dedicated event marquee caters for up to 180 guests and provides an all weather setting with absolutely stunning views north towards the beautiful golden escarpments of Upper Kangaroo River.

* All cottages are self contained and have full bathrooms with shower/bath and toilet, towels, linen & small soaps, bbq, kettle, toaster, fans & heaters, fridge, washing machine, microwave, stove & oven, cappuccino maker, cutlery & crockery, tv, dvd, radio, cd player, clothes line as well as a small supply of coffee, tea and sugar

* We supply goat & alpaca food for your stay as well as golf (pitching) clubs & golf balls to have a hit around our fun little ''pitch and hack farm golf course

* We welcome you to pick any fruit you see on the property & collect the farm eggs from the chook house located just up the hill from 'The Cottage'

* You are very welcome to have a bbq by the creek or walk on the farm via the paddocks, creeks and gullies, which extend for up to 1.5 km's to the south of your holiday abode.

Off Peak Weekend: Cottage rates are $270 per night for up to two people with a minimum two night stay = $540.
If more than two, add $45 per night per extra adult, $30 per night per extra child under 16 and $15 per child under 2.

Off Peak Midweek: Cottage rates are $270 per night for up to two people with a minimum two night stay = $540. In some cases we will consider one night stays midweek.
If more than two, add $45 per night per extra adult, $30 per night per extra child under 16 and $15 per child under 2.

Off Peak Weekly: Cottage rates are $1620 for two people plus $270 per extra adult and $180 per extra child under 16 and $90 per child under 2.

Peak School Holidays and Long weekends: Cottage peak rates are $360 per night for four people with a minimum three night stay = $1080. If more than four, add $45 per night per extra adult, $30 per night per extra child under 16 and $15 per child under 2.

Peak Weekly: Cottage peak rates for 7 nights are $2160 for four people plus $270 per extra adult and $180 per extra child under 16 and $90 per child under 2.

Easter/Christmas Week - P.O.A. and a 5 night minimum.

The Cottage has a log fire and can sleep up to eight in total, however it comfortably sleeps six. It consists of one queen bedroom (2), another second bedroom with two double bunks (4) and then there is a pull out sofa in the living area (2) makes a total of eight. Also, if needed, we have another single fold out bed which would make nine.

The LOFT ...
Off Peak Weekend: Loft rates are $360 per night for up to four people with a minimum two night stay = $720.
If more than four, add $45 per night per extra adult, $30 per night per extra child under 16 and $15 per child under 2.

Off Peak Midweek: Loft rates are $270 per night for a couple with a minimum two night stay = $540. In some cases we will consider one night stays midweek.

The Loft is quaint and rustic and sleeps up to eleven in total, but seven comfortably. There are three bedrooms which consists of one queen bedroom downstairs (2), one queen bedroom upstairs (2) two double bunks (4) and one single bed (1) in the open loft bedroom. Then there is a pull out sofa in the living area (2) makes a total of eleven. Also, if needed, we have another single fold out bed (1) which would makes a total of twelve.

Off Peak Weekend: Old Homestead rates are $420 per night for up to four people with a minimum two night stay = $840.
If more than four, add $45 per night per extra adult, $30 per night per extra child under 16 and $15 per child under 2.

Off Peak Midweek: Old Homestead rates are $330 per night for two people with a minimum two night stay = $660. In some cases we will consider one night stays midweek.
If more than two, add $45 per night per extra adult, $30 per night per extra child under 16 and $15 per child under 2.

The 120 year Old Homestead has recently been renovated, has an outdoor hot spa and sleeps up to thirteen in total and eight comfortably. There are three bedrooms which consists of one king bedroom also with a double sofa bed (4), another king bedroom (2) a double bunk in the third bedroom with pull out single trundle bed (3). Then there is a sofa that converts to a queen bed in the sun room (2) and a queen ottoman pullout bed (2)makes a total of thirteen (13). Additional fold out beds can be supplied upon request.

All three cottages have amazing views.

Our Payment Policy:

* Your booking is secured when we have received a 50% deposit
* The deposit is non refundable if the booking is cancelled within 60 days of arrival
* Booking cancellations greater than 60 days prior attract a processing fee of 5% of the total booking amount
* An increase of guest numbers should be advised 2 days prior to arrival.
* A two night minimum stay applies to the extra person rates.
* The balance is payable by direct deposit or credit card 7 days prior to arrival.
