Newly available, our home will beautifully accommodate your family, with its four spacious bedrooms. There is one king and three queen beds so it sleeps up to eight very comfortably. Our home has a living room plus a separate family room with a brick fireplace which is great when some want a quiet place to visit, while others engage in one of the fun games available. There is an eat-in area in the kitchen plus a separate dining room which seats up to eight. The Kansas City KS/MO metropolitan area is easy to get around in as it has the most freeway miles per resident in the U.S. There can be slow downs due to incidents and road construction projects during peak times but you can get just about anywhere in 45 minutes or less. Our home is located in the Johnson County Kansas area South of 435 and between I-35 and 69 Hwy. There are so many fun and interesting things to do and see close to the home such as Blue Valley Recreational and Overland Park Soccer Complex, Deanna Rose Childrens' Farmstead with petting zoo that the kids just love, The Deaf Cultural Center which portrays the fascinating history of the School of the Deaf in Olathe, Overland Park Arboretum and Botanical Gardens with many beautiful trails to walk on, and several world class golf courses near by. About 15-20 minutes away would be Shawnee Mission Park, The Legends including Cabelas, Kansas Speedway, Livestrong Sporting Park, and Schlitterbahn Water Park. Other popular attractions in Kansas City are Union Station/Science City, Sea-Life Kansas City Aquarium, Hallmark Visitors Center, Crown Center, The Plaza, Kaufman Ballet Group, Arrowhead Stadium and Kaufman Stadium. Kansas City is renowned for its' BBQ. Our personal favorite is Jack Stack. There are sooo many places to shop. Leawood Town Center near the Sprint Campus is a very nice one. For business travelers, we are not far from the Overland Park Convention Center, Garmin, Century Link, Yellow Freight, Wadell and Reed, Seaboard, Burns and McDonnell, Swiss Re, Jack Henry, Layne Christensen, Compass Minerals, Euronet, Black and Veatch, Sprint, JCCC, Mid-America Nazarene College, Olathe Medical Center, Overland Park Regional Medical and Childrens Mercy South.

The home was prepared for us as if we were very close relatives or friends; clean, comfortable, and cozy. They had candy dished filled and set out, and bottles of water in the fridge. I would recommend this home to everyone and we will stay here again. The spirit of hospitality was evident and we lacked nothing we needed! It is located close to major roads and highwasy for convenience, but tucked away enough for peace and quiet. This is truly a wonderful home to stay in! :)
