Recommended by Frommer's Travel Guides, the Kauai Country Inn is one of Hawaii's premier B&B; establishments and consists of four private, executive style vacation suites all of which are beautifully furnished in Hawaiian style decor, with private entrance & bath, and full private kitchen or kitchenette. All of the islandâs attractions are close by and it's only a short 20 minute drive from the Lihue Airport to get to the Kauai Country Inn. Grocery stores and restaurants can be found in Kapaa town, just a short 10 minute drive down the road from us.

My husband and I visit and stayed t Kauia Country Inn of august 2010. We got married on the beach, stayed in the plumeria suite and enjoy the services provided by Mike and Martina Hough. We still enjoy our photos and the memories of our wonderful stay. The staff was excellent and the customer service was great. I can still remember everyone as if it was yesterday! Great place and great price for all your needs.

Clean, quiet, they thought of everything. About 10 minutes up into the mountains from town. Mini kitchen had all needed supplies, nice shady porch with furniture and hammock. Computer in room-wow! Free access to laundry and water toys. See my review on Trip advisor too.

My wife and I stayed here on our Honeymoon. This inn was great the price was hard to beat and the rooms are nice. It is a little out of the way but the grounds and the trip out there are beautiful. It has a jungle feel to it when outside. We enjoyed bbq-ing on the deck and the owners where very friendly. The Beetles museum in the basement was pretty entertaining even though I am not that into them. The beds were very comfortable and it was quiet. Also they have snorkeling gear and kayaks you can borrow for free out front. I would stay here again as I enjoyed the privacy and the value it offers.

We completely enjoyed our stay at the Kauai Country Inn.
Our suite was beautiful-- comfortable, well equipped, shiningly clean and quiet. The owners and staff were very friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. And, the location was great, you can get to the North Shore or the south within 30 minutes. We will stay here again! -

I absolutely loved staying here. The location was perfect for me, because it was my first time to the island and was centrally located. Everything was super clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. I felt truly relaxed and plan on staying here again. I had a vision in my mind the type of place I wanted to stay at, and this fit the description!
