“Needs extra attention”

Response from the manager Mahalo for your review. We would have been more than happy to send in housekeeper had we known during your stay. The kitchen has been remodeled by a custom on island cabinet maker a few years ago and in a tropical motif with custom cabinets and bamboo accents; which may not suit everyone but works well in the tropics. The location on the oceanfront is a definite bonus as you can hear and see the ocean from your ground floor lanai. Mahalo nui!

“Needs updating”
Awesome lication but furnishing need updating. Sofa bed was not comfortable due to being old. Toilet broke first day. We enjoyed our stay though will definitely visit Kauai again!

We are sorry to hear that you were not comfortable on the sofa sleeper. This couch is only 2 years old but we will also provide egg crates should one have extra guests and need to use the sofa/sleeper in this one bedroom condo. The toilet chain was off and repaired immediately once reported. This unit has been updated w/new kitchen cabinets, granite counters in bedroom, bathroom and kitchen as well as new tile flooring.
