The accommodations were exactly as promised and truly five star. The owners go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The extra touches including beach chairs, games, movies and island guide really made a difference. We picked Kapaa because of its central location. It is the perfect place for those who can't decide which end of the island they want to stay. We were initially a little concerned about the proximity to civilization, but once inside the resort you are in paradise and all your needs are just accross the street. The restaurant at the resort was surprisingly good as was the spa! The sandy bottom hot tubs were amazing! The condo was so much better than a hotel...comfortable, relaxing, roomy. It felt like home! We'd definitely stay again!

The condo was clean and up to date . Great location within the complex plus all the grocery stores and Starbucks across the street. We only stayed 3 nights before heading north but the short time spent was wonderful. The kitchen was all the same appliances just like at my home. We loved that we had our own code and did not need to check in at the front desk. Thank you so much for sharing.

The Condo is outfitted beautifully, beds (which we feel tell alot) are beyond comfortable, views wonderful. We had four adults stay in the unit and both suites are perfect. The condo is close to everything. The resort offers a nice small convenient restaurant with music on Wednesday and right on the ocean. The resort offers all the amenities including massage, spa, even a chiropractor on site. Great condo and Kauai is the best.

My wife and I had a wonderful 8-night stay at the Taylor's condo on
Kauai. Everything was exactly as described and as it appeared
online -- really, really nice! The views were as expected and made
us feel both "at home" and "on vacation." The location of the
resort is also noteworthy -- what, with two grocery stores across
the street, an aBC store, and a few very good local eateries nearby. We took advantage of it all! The condo was a terrific end
to all our tours and trips around the island. Our flights to and
from Kauai were First Class, and we certainly felt our stay here
was also First Class. Mahalo nui loa! -

We loved our stay at Waipouli Beach Resort. Barbie and Don thought of everything in providing their condo with the amenities we would need for our stay. The location is perfect and the grounds of the resort are fabulous! The pool - well, you could stay there all day! The beds were very comfortable - a nice surprise! We are definitely going to be back. I would highly recommend the Taylor's condo on Kauai to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation!

I was looking for a place that was centrally located on the island of Kauai, was close to restuarants and shopping, and offered a high quality feel. Needless to say the Waipouli Beach Resort did not disappoint. Our condo was ideally located in the resort with quick access to the pool and all amenities. Would definately stay here again.

Barbie Taylor provides a great stay in F204! The complex is great - pool, bar, beach access, but her condo has all the extras. In addition to the high end finishes and great bed, Barbie provides beach chairs, boogie boards, coolers...all the extras to make a day at the beach easier. Great location on Kauai...can't wait to come back.

Pictures of the pool and room do not do it justice, when you walk in you can't help but feel a wave of relaxation sweep over you. From the extra touches of not having to rent gear, to Barbie & Don's personal guide to Kauai (which is worth paying attention to and makes a nice appendix to the 'Ultimate guide'), to the surprisingly quiet and very convenient location- F204 is a sure bet for all ages. Great walks, central driving location, friendly staff.. Safe to say we loved it and we are trying to figure out how to get back.

We have never been to Kauai before so obviously we were very excited to be able to come and stay at one of the premier resorts in Hawaii! It was the perfect resort for our family because it was clean, beautifully furnished and had 2 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a completely stocked kitchen and living room. We loved the amenities and thoroughly enjoyed the luxury resort feel of the pool, restaurant, and beach front entry. We were able to grill our own dinners twice during the week and this was so great since we had young children that we quite tired after hours at the beach.
The service was amazing, this is a gorgeous setting for a resort, and we loved being pampered this week. The location is also fabulous. Since the resort is located on the East Shore it makes traveling the entire island ideal. You are halfway in between the North and South shores with so much to do. A quick drive from the airport and in the heart of Kapaa, where if you need a quick run to the store for anything you can walk across the street.
There are so many restaurants nearby and great activities for all ages. The staff at the resort are kind and very helpful. We actually made friends with so many friendly people that visit there on a regular basis and can't wait to come back next year! Waipouli Beach Resort will become our destination vacation each year!

My husband and I have stayed at Barbie's place two times now and we love it. Great central location, wonderful pool, beautiful condo, and the restaurant on the property is very good. Our last stay was for our wedding on Kauai.
Barbie is so thoughtful - before we arrived, shee sent us a useful guide to the island which we also shared with our guests, and when we opened the door to the condo there was a huge bouquet of flowers from her garden and a congratulations note. We would definitely stay there again. -

Perfect. Beautiful. Fun. Romantic. Outstanding.
Place was great. We will be returning and plan on bringing out kids next time.
It's a great place for families or a couple on their honeymoon.

We've stayed at Barbie and Don's condo 5 times. We love the central location and
easy access to borh north (Princeville/Hanalei) and south (Poipu) Kauai.
Having two master suites has been a great way for us to travel to Kauai with friends
and family on comfort.
Waipouli has really nice winding river pool for both lap swimmers and water slides
for kids. We love wathching the sun rise over the ocean from the beach before
heading out for a day of kayaking, hiking, zip lining or snorkeling.
Barbie is a wonderful host, with lots of ideas and suggestions to get the most out of a
week on Kauai. -

We have enjoyed our stays at the Waipouli Beach resort, condoF204. The condo has a great view of the ocean and pool and we have always been able rent at very reasonable prices. The condo has all of the amenities and a spa, and it is always clean and ready when we arrive. Thanks for the great vacations!

My family and I had a wonderful time in Kauai. Our accommodations at Waipouli Beach Resort were top notch. We have stayed at the Hyatt in Kauai and believe both resorts are comparable. The condo had an ocean view and is really close to the pool that our kids just love. They loved the slides and the oversized pool. We loved being able to look out the two large sliding glass doors to see all the activity at the pool and the pool/beach side bar and grill. The condo was conveniently located close to shopping and restaurants. We would highly recommend this wonderful place to anyone wanting quiet and luxurious vacation on Kauai.
