Our luxurious air conditioned 2 bedroom/3 bath condo is custom designed with all the amenities of a 5 star resort.

We rented this condo for 10 days and had an absolutely fabulous stay. The place was very clean and very comfortable. Having three full baths and a washer and dryer was a huge bonus. The kitchen was very well equipped and we were able to cook most of our dinners in the condo. It didn't hurt to have a grocery store across the way. The location was ideal going to the west, north and south of the island. The kids loved the swimming pool and the hot tubs (two of the hots tubs were for adults only). The sand toys, boogie boards and ice chest were great to have at the beach. We rented scuba gear down the street and had a great time swimming in Poi'pu, north shore, and Lygate Park. I would definitely recommend this place, and hope we can come back again. Thanks so much, Priscilla, for being a terrific "host".

Conveniently located accross from the Safeway shopping center. Wonderful beachfront Condo with view of the ocean!
On time check in. The condo had all of the comforts of home and was beautifully furnished! Serpentine pool was gorgeous and includes water slides which the kids loved! Would definitely come stay again! -

The two bedroom condo we stayed in was spacious and had a great kitchen. We stayed there with our two kids (9 and 13), and it was like a home away from home. The resort was well maintained and the kids enjoyed the pool area. Large grassy areas for the kids to play frisbee or run around.
Location was perfect for easy access to the north and southwest areas of Kauai. A super vacation area if you like hiking and snorkeling. Shopping right across the street with a Safeway and a Starbucks made getting last minute items for meals easy.
We enjoyed the 5 mile bike path near the resort
that followed the ocean, nice route for running and bike rentals were only 2 for $10. Large beach right at the resort was nice to sit on and relax, but not safe for swimming with young kids, it did provide a nice place to have your morning coffee and read. Yoga studio across the street was a pleasant surprise.
We enjoyed the small town of Kapaa, quaint and people are very friendly.
We are looking forward to our next visit and stay at Priscilla's condo. -

My family stayed here for the last four nights of our most recent Kauai vacation in May 2011. What a treat! We usually stay away from resorts, but now having a child and expecting another, this was the perfect place. We prefer cooking ourselves, and the kitchen was just like using ours back home! The bedrooms are very cozy, and my pregnant wife(5 months)really, really enjoyed the beds! Better than are own. It is centrally located on the island, and puts you a half an hour or so away from Poipu and Hanalei(depending on traffic, of course), and shopping very near by.
It is clean, well maintained, and it shows. We will definitely be contacting the owner next time we go to Kauai. Thank you very much. -

This is a great place to stay and so well-situated for travel around the island, from the north shore to Waimea Canyon in the west. The resort is lovely and we enjoyed many a happy hour around the pool or in the Tiki Bar. Condo F403 is beautifully maintained and exceptionally appointed with two master suites and private baths. So for two couples, it's fabulous. Also a great view of the Sleeping Giant. My only very tiny complaint is that it could be better equipped in terms of basic necessities (dish detergent, soap, laundry stuff, etc). For travellers, it's inconvenient to have to go out and purchase everything. I must say though that Priscilla was very responsive to any and all concerns. We loved the holiday - and would go back to this same place in a minute.

We stayed at this condo for 6 nights and loved every minute of it. We have stayed at this resort 2 times before and wanted to stay again and were lucky to find this property. The unit was appointed with everything we needed, was very clean, and the beds were so comfortable and linen so soft we could barely get out of them in the morning except for the lovely weather outside calling to us. We love this resort and want to come back in Sept. unfortunately this unit is booked or I would rent it again! Even though no ocean view, there is a lovely view of Sleeping Giant. We all enjoyed the unit and loved each having our own TV! With basketball playoffs going on, that was a must!

The unit is in beautiful condition and very well equipped.
The entire complex is only 4 yrs old and is well maintained.
The location is great and shopping is nearby.

The owner was very prompt in responding to my initial email inquiry and throughout the rental. The unit is extremely well appointed and furnished with lots of extras to please my husband who is a gourmet chef and our seven year old granddaughter. Boogie boards, chairs, mats, sand toys, a child booster seat, and more are included in a bedroom closet. The owner included lots of extra towels under the sinks in all three bathrooms and complimentary beach towels at the pool. The washer and dryer were a real bonus since we like to travel light. Kapaa is centrally located and this is the newest development in the area. The water slides and waterfalls in the river pool were a real hit and I waded every day in the ocean outside the complex. We really enjoyed the food and convenience of the Oasis restaurant on the property. Some of the best cuisine we experienced in Kauai. The unit has a view of the sleeping giant which is a much quieter location than the noise our friends experienced in their ocean view unit. We are anxious to return here and have already recommended this condo to friends.

This condo is typical of those in the Waipouli Beach Resort. While it does not have a beach view, it is well appointed, clean and quiet. It is centrally located in Kauai which makes it easy to travel north or south. It is a great spot to stay with children. They love the lazy river.

Our stay at the resort was unforgettable. The staff service was exceptional; they were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The huge pool with waterfalls and water slides was refreshing and a lot of fun for the children. We also enjoyed the koi pond and the grounds were lovely.

We recently spent 8 days in Kuaui with two teenagers. The 2 bedroom condo was perfect for us. The condo was first rate with comfortable, quality furnishings that took all worry out of our stay. The entire rental experience was terrific, from working with the owners, checking in, through checking out. I would whole heartedly recommend this resort for convenient location; proximity to activities, dining and shopping, and the sense of peace and serenity it affords all the occupants. We can't wait to return.

We had such a great stay, the beds were so comfortable I never wanted to go home. The condo was clean and up to date and included everything we needed. The grounds were kept up and groomed, employes were friendly. The pool was never too crowded and alway clean and refreshing. It was nice to be able to walk out to the beach, it felt like our own private place. Thank you Priscilla for all your help and advice for touring. The Smith luau was authentic and entertaining and we liked the chickens everywhere too...I hope we can return again.

It was a great condo, very spacious, and had everything we needed for our stay. The rate was excellent for peak season in Kauai. We were in a perfect location on the island..half-way between all the great beaches on the North and South shores. We enjoyed the pool, and the slides are fun for kids and adults alike. The beach is very quiet. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and the view of Sleeping Giant and swaying palms. We would definitely recommend friends and family to your unit. It was absolutely beautiful and very clean.

This is a wonderful condo unit! We stayed here from 4/10 to 4/22 and thought this was the perfect place to stay. The location on the east side of the island is ideally centralized for short drives to the north, south and west sides. Having the Safeway and Foodland right across the street was so convenient—we had fresh fruit every morning for breakfast on the lanai! Since we were in Kauai for 12 days, we took an “every other day” approach to exploring the island and relaxing at the resort, so we spent about one-half of our time at the condo and resort. Everyone we dealt with at the resort was so friendly and helpful! The pool area is lovely, and has an area for the “kiddies” on one side, which makes for a more quiet area for adults on the other side. Beach access is easy, although not swimmable right in front of the resort. The condo unit itself is like new ---it is very comfortable, extremely spacious, CLEAN, and the beds are so comfortable. Priscilla is quick to respond to questions and is very accommodating. Overall, this was a 5 Star experience!

To begin with, Priscilla is wonderful! She took care of everything we needed; the condo was exactly as described and pictured. The grounds are immaculate, with the pools/spas crystal clear - how do they do that - no chemicals that you could smell. Priscilla’s condo is without a doubt one of the nicer condos at the resort. The furnishings are beautiful and well kept, unlike some condos we saw and the appearance is ‘brand new’. She also has a safe for your valuables and the washer and dryer are an added plus. For the first time I didn’t have to come home from our vacation and do loads of laundry. It was wonderful. As for the towels, there are plenty under both bathroom sinks and blow dryers. Not all of the condos have these added features. So be careful when viewing each of them before selecting. Our family consisted of my husband and two daughters 15, 19. They loved having their own bathroom and bedroom, and I definitely enjoyed it. The rooms are so quiet, solid wood doors that really block the sound from one room to the next, as well as, I never heard the roosters, unless the outer doors were open. It was a nice touch; after all, it is Rooster Island. After touring the island from one end to the other, this is the only resort that is conveniently located within walking distance to grocery/drug store/ and so many other stores. We have traveled extensively and by far this was our favorite vacation and the nicest condo/resort we have ever stayed at. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. We will absolutely stay here again and if you want a guaranteed wonderful vacation you will too!

What a fabulous location and beautiful facility. Pool-lots of fun and just beautiful. Aveda Spa-very nice! The condo was on the 4th floor with great views! It was also very, very nice inside with beautiful furnishings and everything you could need. All of the comforts of home and more!

Stayed in unit F403 with our 2-year old daughter. The unit was terrific; the owner has everything a family needs for the beach in Hawaii (snorkel, flippers, shovels and buckets, chairs, etc.); and the owner herself was really responsive during the reservation process. The entire resort is really family friendly and generally very well maintained. When we go bacl to Kauai, this will be the first place we check for availability.
