It is walking distance to stores and restaurants and cantilevers out over a perfect white sand beach suitable for swimming, surfing and snorkeling. There is even a small man made reef which provides a protected cove for small children. It is 15 minutes North of the Lihue airport. You can drive to Princeville which is only a 30 minute scenic drive to the North.

Reservations/Deposit/Payments:
A two night (non-refundable) deposit is required to make a reservation for a Rosewood Kauai vacation rental. The balance of the rental fee, plus the cleaning fee and taxes are due in full 30 days prior to check in. Rosewood Kauai accepts personal checks, cash or travelers checks. Credit cards are not accepted.
Taxes:
All rates are subject to a Hawaii Excise and Accommodations Tax which total 13.25%. (4% Hawaii Excise Tax and 9.25% Hawaii transient accommodations tax).
Cancellation Policy:
The two night deposit required to reserve a Rosewood Kauai Vacation Rental is non-refundable should you need to cancel for any reason. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival date will be refunded less the two-night deposit if we are able to re-book the accommodation.

This two bedroom oceanfront condo had everything and was always a treat to come "home" to after a day of sightseeing. There is a nice beach that was perfect for walking, exploring tide pools during low tide, and playing in the water. We also watched local fishermen try their luck most mornings. The small, well maintained pool was perfect for a morning swim and then lounging with a coffee watching the waves. The location was just right for exploring the whole of Kaua'i. All in all a most enjoyable vacation in a great vacation home!

condo was very, very, nice and very well equipped. Good location with nice restaurants & delis nearby. Dedicated parking spot a plus. Gaining access to the key was somewhat tricky, arriving at night with no entrance light. The key lock mechanism was not very smooth. Beautiful beachfront location with a very large lanai was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Wow, I hate writing this review for fear that many others will know my Kauai secret (haha!). What can I say? Outstanding view (it's just as good if not better than the photos), glorious lanai, excellent space, and humongous kitchen. The Koch family really has done a great job with this property. They should be really proud of their maintenance with it. And Rosemary was a welcoming realtor, with a chocolate-filled gift platter awaiting us once we arrived! We're definitely gonna stay here again when we return.

Beautiful condo! Nicley furnished, great kitchen, huge lanai. Great location to get anywhere on the island. Wifi was nice to have. Loved having the windows open and hearing the ocean. Great family experience.

Hale awapuhi 2G is one of the nicest, best located places to stay on all of Kauai. The location makes is easy to walk to restaurants and shopping. The unit is ocean-front with a superb view of Wailua Bay and spectacular sunrises. The unit is completely furnished with all you need for cooking in, doing laundry and just relaxing. The value is way better than a hotel room. Another reason to stay at Hale awapuhi is Rosemary Woods, the rental agent. She provides excellent customer service from the moment you book the reservation till the day you leave.
