Reservations/Deposit/Payments:
A two night (non-refundable) deposit is required to make a reservation for a Rosewood Kauai vacation rental. The balance of the rental fee, plus the cleaning fee and taxes are due in full 30 days prior to check in. Rosewood Kauai accepts personal checks, cash or travelers checks. Credit cards are not accepted.
Taxes:
All rates are subject to a Hawaii Excise and Accommodations Tax which total 13.25%. (4% Hawaii Excise Tax and 9.25% Hawaii transient accommodations tax).
Cancellation Policy:
The two night deposit required to reserve a Rosewood Kauai Vacation Rental is non-refundable should you need to cancel for any reason. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival date will be refunded less the two-night deposit if we are able to re-book the accommodation.

We absolutely loved our time here at the luxury oasis in Lanikai! It is such an idyllic spot right on a beautiful secluded beach with ocean views. My favorite spot is out on the lanai watching the palm trees swaying, the ocean waves rolling, and marveling at the amazing beauty all around. Every morning we would take a walk along the walkway along the ocean--so gorgeous, and if it's between 6 and 6:30 you will experience the gorgeous sunrise over the ocean. We found the first floor access to be a must for going outside easily and often.
The condo is beautiful and spacious and everything is sooo comfortable-from the super plush beds to the couch and even the dining room and patio chairs! The kitchen is fantastic, fully equipped, and the grill is right out front at the pool, and dining on the lanai is the best. The open floor plan flows so well, the rooms are bright and the décor brings the wonderful aloha spirit. We could have just stayed every day at home and been thrilled, but the location is also perfect to go explore the island.
It is about an hour to the Napali coast and ½ hour to our favorite-Poipu Beach with great snorkeling, monk seals, and even a turtle that came out of the water onto the beach! Even the nearby bike path/walkway just north of Kapa'a is beyond spectacular! And then back home to the awesome feeling of peace and beauty at Lanikai. This condo truly is the perfect place to stay for your dream come true vacation in Kauai!!!

Our family expected nothing but a civilized appartment close to the sea and we got everything and more!
The roaring swell of the ocean but still with a great natural "pond" for the kids and the luxuray of a super well equiped condo made our stay a really great one! We are grateful for the nice service when checking in so spontaniuosly and yes, it was the perfect place to live while exploring the beautiful island of Kauai!
Back home in Sweden it almost feel unreal...

We were totally wowed by this home. It feels more like a home than a condo. The condo complex is small and quiet with a heated (!) swimming pool overlooking the ocean. A beach is 20 feet away through the locked gate. This unit has thought of everything for our comfort - the beds are Sooo comfortable and there was a "real" couch - not just a "condo couch". The kitchen was so well stocked that we actually wanted to cook there - the view is incredible from both the kitchen and living room. We never ate indoors because the outdoor table was so convenient. Intelligence and attention to detail pervaded this unit. We can't wait to go back!

We stayed at this unit for two weeks and it was absolutely perfect. The unit was beautiful and the location is perfect, being half way between Princeville and Poipu. It's pretty rare to find air condition in private condos so that was a plus (the bedrooms have a/C). There are only 18 units in the complex which was nice, we were usually the only ones in the pool. Waking up and having coffee with the beach steps away was really cool. If you have kids there's a beach area that's safe for them and and adjacent area for the older set. If you want a quiet stay in a very nice condo right on the beach you will not be disappointed. We're already planning our trip back and we will be staying at this unit.

This rental is exquisite and immaculate. You are literally steps from a lovely pool and a few more from a gorgeous beach. The view is unparalleled and the sound of the ocean lulls you to sleep at night. A wonderful surprise was the "Heavenly Bed"...amazing sleep in wonderful comfort. And, you can walk to fabulous restaurants and shopping. I can hardly wait to go back!
