The condo that we rented in D303 was AMAZING! The owners have provided absolutely everything you would need to make your stay enjoyable. The condo was beautiful and clean and the beds were very comfortable. The only thing we did not enjoy was the noise from the highway and view of Safeway. Although we knew the location of this condo, I was surprised at how loud the traffic was when the doors were open. The convenience of being across from the shopping centre and Safeway was extremely convenient however. Other than the noise, our stay was amazing. The resort pool was fantastic - we had to drag our boys away from it to explore the island!! We will definitely be back!

We were happy. Good size place. Very clean and functional. Note that this unit does face the street, so you open the slide glass door and you are looking at Safeway and the mountains. We have two little kids, so this didn't bother us since we weren't exactly lounging on the patio (we were at the pool). If I was just with my wife, we would have wanted something with better views.
The location is good in that you can easily explore the north and south of the island. That said, it rained a lot, so we ended up driving south at least 4 times to go to Poipu. It was about a 30 minute drive.
I would stay here again. Kids just loved the waterslides, and we loved being right next to the grocery store. -

Nice complex and unit finishes and appliances are top notch. Spacious units with nice floor plans. Only issue was the occasional traffic congestion on the highway in front of the resort and towards the airport.

I have already recommended this property to friends who are interested in Kauai. They condo was gorgeous and had absolutely everything you would need for a short or long stay. It's located close to just about everything. I suggest going to Walmart your first day and stock up on things like water and snacks. There are ice chests and other beach supplies that we used every single day. What a wonderful extra that Greg supplies!! A MUST STAY!!!!

Waipouli is a wonderful place and D-303 was super clean and well set up. It's location on the property could be better but had no impact on our fantastic experience. We will definitely come you are half way between both sides of the island so all destinations are pretty short drives. My kids loved the pool which made it hard to leave the property.

My husband and I stayed here for two weeks. The condo was beautiful and felt like home during our stay. Proximity to the pool and lobby was great. Waipouli is a fantastic resort and we can't wait to come back. Especially loved the pool and happy hour in Oasis!

We stayed in the complex in July and the unit was immaculate and very spacious. We were a little hesitant because the unit faced the main road but from inside, there was NO ROAD NOISE at all. The unit was well stocked in the kitchen and had lots of toys for the beach.
Original contact was made through the owner via VRBO after which we finalized arrangements with the property management company. The owner was VERY responsive and accomodating. It is always nice to receive such prompt and courteous attention.
We were a little put off that we couldn't use a floatation ring in the lazy river part of the pool ... I thought that was the main function of a lazy river so when they told me I couldn't use it I was a little miffed.
One serious down side was that the "hot" tub was far from it. Two of the three hot tubs were barely luke warm. I've taken hotter baths at home. Also, they seemed dirty but that may have been because they are sand bottom and reflect a dirty tan color through the water. -

Our family had a blast in this beautiful condo. The Resort is in a great location convenient to everything on the island. The rental staff were very easy to deal with. The only issue we had was the washing machine was/is not working properly. They sent a repair man out, but unfortunately he did not have the proper part to fix the washer. Renting a condo with a working washer/dryer is very important to us as we have two teenage boys!

We loved everything about these accomadations, it was all that was advertised. Quiet, clean, well equipped condo with great beds and magnificent sheets and pillows. The pool and hot tubs were an absolute delight and going back to a room with every convenience and comfort was perfect. We do recommend this property to friends and relatives. Lots of activity choices with friendly, enthusiastic people (Captain Andy's Snorkel and Princeville Ranch Zipline). Didn't eat out much because of the great kitchen and BBQ facilities, but loved Paco's Taco's and Bubba's Burgers. Thank you for a wonderful time.

This was our first visit to Kauai and we chose this condo for it's central location, wonderful pool for our kids, and the modern amenities. The condo was clean and had everything we needed to make our vacation very enjoyable. We loved having Safeway across the street. The location makes island travel easy and we were able to enjoy beaches throughout the island. We would recommend this condo and stay here again in the future!

This vrbo property was in a great condition. Everything was really nicely furnished and decorated, the beds were good, the kitchen and washer/dryer were fantastic, and the bathrooms were great. Especially loved the huge tub for fun baths for our toddler. \

We could not have picked a better place on Kauai. The location was perfect . . . half way between the south coast and the north coast. We were also close to the airport (10-15 mins) and all the shops, snorkel rentals, restaurants, etc. The condo was VERY clean and had all the upgrades. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen - everything you need. Perfect for our family of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids - ages 16, 15, 12, and 9). Pool, water slides, whirlpools, etc were lots of fun. Right on the beach. The beach was not a great swimming beach but beatiful and good sand.

This is a very nice condo and the grounds are great. The location is fantastic. There are a couple of things about the condo that need attention. The shower in the bedroom with the lani drips constantly. The latch on the other bathroom door doesn't latch. There is a loose hinge on a cabinet at the pantry. There were only 3 pairs of 3d glasses, not 4, of those only 1 worked. There is only 1 3d movie. We would gladly stay at this condo in the future. condo is very
