Being our first time to Kauai we were thrilled with our decion to stay here. The room had just been renovated and very spacious for my sister and I. The view of the pool and the ocean from the balcony was great. We felt very safe and secure the entire time we were there. It was within 2 blocks of the Coconut Marketplace where they have a group of girls perform hula dancing one night a week, free of charge and they also have a farmers market in the 2-3 mornings a week. Wish we would of knew that before our last day. Roy was very nice to work with when setting up our stay. We enjoyed the fact that kapaa is only about 10 minutes from the airport and very centrally located on the island. We were in the best location you could be on the island. The only negative I can think of would be the twin bed wasn't as soft as I would of liked but then again no bed is ever as good as your own. I would highly recommend staying here and if I return to Kauai I will definately stay here again.

We loved waking up to the sound of the ocean and the beautiful view from our balcony was spectacular! The condo could use some updating with new carpet and fixtures and a/C would have been nice. The private beach was beautiful and the grounds I felt like I was in an incredible world class garden spectacular! The pool was well maintained with nice lawn chairs. The people in Kauai were so wonderful and lovely very willing to help with anything we needed. We cannot wait to go back.

We had a great stay in the condo. Roy was very thoughtful to accommodate us. Spacious and well equipped although it was showing its age in some regards. The grounds were very well maintained with many flowering plants and it was such a pleasure to sit on the lanai in the morning with coffee and look out at the view. The pool also well maintained and well equiped with lounge chairs. Barbeque's that we used almost every night. Kapaa is a great central area to stay on Kauai as you can head out in both directions to cover all of the sites and beaches.

This condominium complex is great! We stay here every year. We see many of our Lae Nani friends here every year, coming back because we love the friendly atmosphere and convenience of the location as well as the beauty that Eric and his staff have made here for us all. There is no better place , what a bargain!
