We have stayed at this unit for the last 2 years and have already booked for our trip this year. The resort is very good for us because it is small and quiet. The furnishings are a little better than you find at the Time Share units. Greg at Garden Properties is terrific because he pays attention to the customers. Thank you.

We just had the pleasure of staying one week in room 118. We were amazed at the comfort and style of the beautiful condo. We didn't want to leave. we will surely be renting this room again when we come back to koi thank you so much for the wonderful accommodations the room exceeded our expectations!

The central location made it easy when traveling to the north side, as well as to the south side. The condo accomodations are nicely updated. King bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was pretty well stocked, including a rice cooker, coffee maker and blender. Having no air conditioner was only a slight discomfort, since the ocean breeze flowed through the condo nicely when the doors were open. Though the ocean front was rocky beach, sandy beaches are just a short walk from the property. The amenities of this resort were well kept. The pool was a great way to cool off in the afternoon. The barbeque option was nice, and the hot tub was a great way to end the evening. The ladies in the office were very helpful and we received a discount when we booked our Blue Dolphin tour. The sunrises were amazing!! I would say this was a great rental property for the price, and we would definitely stay here again.

Our family had a relaxing and comfortable stay in this unit. The location of the condo makes it easy to travel to beaches on the north and south shores, is convenient to groceries and other shopping and we loved the oceanfront view. The kitchen is well-equipped for meal prep. This ground floor unit is convenient for kids to play in the beautifully maintained grounds and have quick pool access (and they loved the movie rental selections in the office). We had a fabulous 2 week vacation and will certainly be returning and recommending this unit to friends and family.

We first arrived all looked really nice. The room was supplied with many things as if someone was living there. I have to begin with the area we were at you could not swim in the Ocean. Beach was beautiful very small , nice viewing spot! Our room didnt have pillows for the pull out couch bed we were later accused of taking them I still may have to pay for pillows we never saw, we did go to office and ask for more towels/blanket they gave us a number to call,well we were on the go so much we figured we could go without! Well now they say because we didnt ask "front desk" for pillows we must have taken them :( nope,never saw them. We will see what happens! The only other weird thing is that alot of the other units are long term people and some seem a bit ,well, not so friendly. One night we were going to swim at 1o:30 but pool closed at 10pm, a lady "living there said if we tried to go in she would call police. Ok a bit over the top. My daughter got pretty upset about that. Well dont mean to bash the place, the propery was maintained beautifully, workers nice and we had an awesome time sooo just felt the need to say the truth, have fun!!!

Yes, Kapaa Shore 118 is a newly remodeled unit and everything is brand new in this unit.
We are sorry to hear about you not having enough pillows upon arrival. Because you were in a privately managed unit, all paperwork advises you to call the management company you booked from for any requests; ie blankets, pillows. We did not hear from you during your stay and thus did not anticipate your needs. We would have most definitely tried to assist you with you requests.
There are set hours to use the pool and hot tub like any resort property, this is to ensure everyone on vacation is able to enjoy "quiet time". Overall, we are glad to hear that you had an "awesome time"..... -

From the second we walked into the condo we were pleased with how clean the condo was. Due to the furnishings and ambiance we felt as though we were visiting a friend's condo as opposed to a vacation rental. We were very pleased with the location of the condo. Being centrally located on the eastern shore we were able to easily venture throughout the entire island. This condo was near the front office, laundry facility and both the hot tub and pool. It was nice to have a sliding door that faced the ocean for this allowed for a nice breeze in the living area.
