The stylish interior of this oceanview 2 bedroom, 3 bath, 1312 square foot unit includes top of the line kitchen with a Wolf glass cook top, oven, Sub-Zero refrigerator, GE profile microwave, Fisher Paykel dual dishwasher drawers, granite counter top and African Mahogany cabinets. Three full bathrooms with Peruvian Travertine stone surrounds, soaking tubs and two showers to relax any over hiked traveler.

The unit features 1 king beds, 1 queen bed, and a queeen sleepersofa. Waipouli also offers complimentary wireless Internet in guest units and lobby high speed ethernet connection available in the unit for all to enjoy.   H403 is beautiful. Everything was as advertised. It's spacious, well appointed and has a wonderful view. The kitchen was a real surprise with a Subzero frige and Wolf cooktop and range. We would stay here again and bring friends!

  We had a very pleasant, comfortable stay in this condo unit. It was very clean, and it was great to be able to do our laundry before leaving. Just a little suggestion: please remind guests to pack some coffee for brewing in case they like to have coffee the morning after they arrive (we got in late at night and forgot to buy coffee from the Safeway right across the street from the condo).

  Excellent experience all around with no issues. Email communication with mgmt company was prompt with good info. We like to explore and so found the location worked well as it is central on the main island road. The roomy condo unit was great with upscale furnishings and kitchen. The grounds are lush, pleasant and well kept. The park like pool area is beautiful, great for peaceful sun bathing. The gym is well equipped with high end equipment. The restaurant on site (Oasis by the Sea) was disappointing, but since there are many good restaurants within walking distance this is not an issue. Check out Wahoo Grill for great seafood, and Verde for some of the best Mexican you can get. The commercial grade BBQ's on site were clean and worked well, and with Safeway across the street doing your own thing for meals is easy. The beach is fine, but a little breezy (expected in February), you will be disappointed if you want to snorkle right at the condo. But there are a number of very exellent beaches within a short drive. We typically never travel to the same place twice (too many places in the world to experience before repeating!), but if we were to go back to Kauai we would not hesitate to stay here again.

  Everythihg about our unit was pleasant, comfortable, and beautiful. I intend to return as soon as possible. The only glitch was the housecleaning team who were a little rude because we were not out the door when they arrived. Other than that, all was perfect.

  Our recent stay at the Waipouli Beach Resort has us wanting to come back ASAP! We were given a condo suite that met every one of our desires along with great ocean view. Our condo was extremely clean, all appliances in very good working order, and the convenience of stores right across the street is a great feature. The pool area was just over the top for comfort and the Oasis bar and grill has the best food around – the hamburger sandwich was the best on the island for me. Having the ocean front beach area by the condos is so nice to get your feet wet and walk along the beach. This beach area is not good for swimming in but just a short distance away you can find all the beach area you want to swim at. The one other feature this condo area has is being so centrally located to so many sites on Kauai. I highly recommend a top floor even though just being on any floor at these condo’s will make any vacationer feel relaxed and know you are getting a good deal for your money.

  I work under and report directly to a wealthy individual and was offered this property for my four-day stay. I recognized this property as high-end immediately with the best dish washer, clothes dryer, micro, fridge, tv's etc. Everything in Hawaii takes a terrible beating from the salt in the air and constant humidity present - This property appears new and shows zero signs of wear. All appliances, carpet, paint, tile, corners, wood, etc appear perfect. I also liked the fact that it was a five minute walk to the grocer where I made several trips. I enjoyed my stay and wish all my business trips to Hawaii could be in accomodations like this Waipouli penthouse.
