We know that you will appreciate and enjoy the warmth and beauty we have created with our tasteful furnishings, art work and attention to detail in this very special and unique tropical oasis.

As you may know, all the condos at Waipouli Beach Resort are unique with regard to the view and certain furnishings. Our condo has extras such as ceiling fans in every room, dimmer switches throughout (bathroom lights are very bright otherwise), and generous dining for six on the larger lanai (most units have table for 4). We have personally had our unit designed with furnishings and art work that you will not find in other units. And then there's the view.....

The condo is kept in immaculate condition with the glass windows and doors cleaned for each arrival. Also we provide a welcome basket including a starter package of coffee and teas.

  We stayed at the Waipouli Beach Resort in D404 in October 2011.
  
  We were truly amazed! the condo itself is realy beautiful, clean an spacious and the view is terrific! it is really as advertised and more. Everything you can imagine is provided for, from towels to detergent and a nice welcoming package with little things like coffee, tea, suger, cookies etc.
  
  The location of this resort is in our opinion the best on the island. you need a car (free parking) but you can reach everything on the Island (East, West and North) in about one hour. Having a Starbucks, supermarket and other shops and restaurants just across the street is very convenient!
  
  All resort facilities are accessible for D404 guests and they are very good. the sand-bottom jacuzzi is nice, lazy river, pool (a bit shallow) and slides are nice, restaurant on the beach is great and serves nice food, gym is up to par.
  
  Last but nog least the communication with the owner (Gwen) was very pleasant. Extremely prompt responses, good communication and flexible with an extra request.
  
  All together an amazing dream-stay and we can only hope to ever return here!!

  This resort is just amazing! The condo itself is absolutely beautiful and very clean. It is very spacious and well stocked with everything we needed. The location of the condo has good access to both the north shore and the south shore. It is not on a swimming beach, but nonetheless, it is an amazing place to stay and visit. Kauai has to be the most beautiful place our family has been. We really dreaded going back home. Hopefully in the near future, we will go back to Kauai and this lovely resort!!

  This unit looks on to the ocean and the beautiful pool area. The property location was central to both the north and south shore. There is a shopping center across the street for food if you choose to cook or restaurants to eat out. Also Kapa'a is just a down the street. We did a historical tour of Kapa'a town. I would stay here again.

  Absolutely perfect Kauai Paradise

  We absolutely loved staying in your Waipouli condo, it was perfect for us 4 adults and way more than we expected! Unit D404 was spacious, very nice, and comfortable. Views of the ocean, sunrises, pool area, and grounds were spectacular from both bedrooms AND the living area! The bedrooms and baths were roomy and nicely decorated. Our kitchen was great, cooking utensils and appliances just what was needed. Groceries were right across the street within a 10 minute stroll. We hope to stay here again on our next trip to Kauai!!!
