H304 is a prime ocean view suite with 3rd floor privacy & a night view that is sure to impress!

The stylish interior of H304ā€™s ocean view 2 bedroom, 3 bath, 1312 square foot unit includes top of the line kitchen with a Wolf glass cook top and oven, Sub-Zero refrigerator, GE Profile microwave, Fisher Paykel dual dishwasher drawers, granite counter tops and African mahogany cabinets. Three full bathrooms with Peruvian travertine stone surrounds, soaking tubs and two showers to soothe any over-hiked traveler.

An ocean and pool view lanai, off the main master suite, comfortably seats four for dining al fresco, and inside there is... an oceanview pub-style dining set for four, plus two ā€˜monkā€™ stools at the granite kitchen bar. Two more open balconies open off the living room and 2nd bedroom.

H304 features 1 king bed and 1 queen bed, which will easily accommodate 4 people (ask about our extra beds if needed). Waipouli H304 also offers complementary wireless Internet and lobby high speed Ethernet connection available. Three flat panel wall mounted televisions , central air conditioning, elevators for all floors, and interior full size stacked washer and dryer increases the comfort level during your stay.

The whole family will love Waipouli Beach Resort & Spa's only heated salt water lazy river pool with one waterfall cave, two water slides, three sand bottom whirlpool spas, three waterfalls and a child friendly sand bottom and beach area.

On the property there is a seasonal grill, plus the new Oasis By The Sea bar and gourmet restaurant, featuring indoor and outdoor dining, live entertainment seasonally, just right for oceanfront dining, and mai tai time. Take a jog or walk on our outdoor paved walkways that circle the entire resort or enjoy the fitness room. Pamper yourself at the 5,000 square foot full service Hawaiian style Spa By The Sea.

The location of the Waipouli Beach Resort is superior: halfway to each side of the island, making all activities a short drive. Directly across the street is a 24 hr Safeway, Foodland, Long's (CVS) Drugstore, Starbucks, Jamba Juice, Subway, a Hawaiian Jewelry store, and many more shops and restaurants. Yet within the very private enclave of Waipouli Beach Resort you are isolated from the hubbub of the town. It is also a short drive to the historical town of Kapaā€™a which has a variety of fine restaurants, island clothing and jewelry stores, organic food stores, boutique shopping, a library, and yoga studio. Nearby you will also discover a dramatic beach walking/cycling path that starts in Kapaa and continues north to Kealia Beach and then further on to other secluded beaches. A Waipouli-owned Nature Preserve abuts the property.

The famous and challenging Wailua Golf Course is minutes away. Spacious beachfront Lydgate Park is only a 5 minute drive away, the Wailua River is a 2 minute drive away, with the famous Fern Grotto Cruise, luauā€™s, kayaking, but Waipouli Beach Resort has lots of family fun and relaxation without going anywhere else. Other unique Kauaā€™i adventures include ultralight and ā€˜Red Baronā€ bi-plane rides, several helicopter tour services, zip-line and tubing adventures, and several choices of ocean tours (an activity planning desk is right in the lobby).

  Our rental experience at Waipouli Beach Resort unit H304 was very good!! We thoroughly enjoyed ourChristmas vacation on the island of Kauai. Our unit was exceptionally clean, the ocean view was amazing and the location on the island was perfect. The property management, Josh, was great to deal with. Any questions were dealt with promptly & professionally. The pool facilities were great for our family, the beach out front was good to sit on but not ideal for swimming or other water sports. We travelled the island and found many other great swimming/snorkeling beaches. Great time was had by all. Thanks Blake & Jill
