This particular unit (259 - Molokai Bldg.)was very well maintained and had an incredible view of the ocean. The balcony provided to spectacular photo opps as well as wonderful reading provisions. The unit is centrally located and therefore made for easy daily travels. My only suggestion would be to update the bedding as it was very old and at times uncomfortable for sleeping. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this unit!

We had a great time. great service from Chuck good directions to the unit and easy access. Close to shopping at Kapaa and central to travel north/south and west. Great local produce available and the local papaya was a good way to start the day. bill and Fran.
note to owner. we were looking for a more useful kitchen. maybe a shelf over the sink to hold a convectional/toaster oven and the microwave would give more use and more space on the counter thanks chuck for a nice week in the sun. -

The whole process from booking on-line to the stay itself was remarkably hassle free. The owner was very quick at answering my initial questions and the condo was exactly as it said on the packet. It was a bit of a squeeze with 4 adults staying but we were expecting that. The resort itself is lovely bar the very small pool. This however was no issue as we were exploring the Island. The location is therefore perfect as it is good for both the North and South coast and close to the airport.

We just returned from a one week stay at Islander on the Beach in #259 and absolutely loved it!
The location of the resort is very central so both the North and South shores are a short drive away. The staff were all extremely friendly and made our stay very pleasant.
The condo itself was spotless and had all the amenties you needed- the bbqs by the pool were always available and just a short walk away. The lanai provides views of the ocean and the sound of waves would lull us to sleep every night!
I would definetly recommend this condo to others because of it's convienient location to grocery stores, airports, beaches and everything!

This condo has a great view from the lanai and the ocean waves can be heard. The resort is very relaxing. The location is excellent for visiting Kauai. close to restaurants and for traveling along all of the coasts.

We have had a wonderful time in Kauai. The goodie bag was such a great surprise. We enjoyed so much of the island. This condo is convenient to every part of the island. We enjoyed excellent food, friendly people, relaxing condo location, super beach right outside. We toured the Waimea Canyon, stopping at every lookout. We saw rainbows and waterfalls. We went to Ke’e beach for sunset several times. We explored the island and took our time stopping taking lots of pictures. When we were booking this condo, we got some helpful info from Chuck. He has several condos on his website to choose from and we were fortunate to hear his helpful hints. What a wonderful vacation. We will be back. Hopefully soon.
