This property is 60 miles north of Kailua-Kona in lovely N Kohola, where the air is clean and clear. Escape corporate America !! No malls, chain stores, fast food in N Kohola. No resorts, no beaches, no tourists, more horses and cows than people. Just behind apartment there's a 1200 acre macadamia orchard. In living room a Queen sized Futon, in bedroom 2 twin mattresses. Small kitchenette with microwave, small fridge, toaster oven and coffee maker, blender, no oven for baking. The neighborhood is made up of older 1 and 2 family homes. It is diverse racially.My property has 3 units rented full time for families. This unit is my personal vacation getaway. It has fantastic weather year round, breezy and comfortable. The ocean is warm and swimmable all year round. There are stores within walking distance and places to eat and shops 3 miles away in Hawi and Kapaau. Many great historic sites. You need a car and there is parking. sightseeing shopping swimming hiking are all available
