Beautiful ocean views, elegant living, spacious rooms. On a hillside overlooking Kapalua's sea cliffs you have a short walk down to two white sand beaches, Oneloa and Kapalua. Pick Oneloa for surf or Kapalua if you want to do some calm water snorkeling. Beautiful Napili beach is walking distance, or take a shuttle. The cliffs are a great place for whale watching in the winter months. Kapalua is a premier golf destination, a great place for ocean or hillside trail hikes and ziplines adventure.

This was an incredible luxury condo! Clean and modern with great views of the ocean. The days were so peaceful and lovely in this beautiful home. The condo was within short walking distance to some of Maui's best and least crowded beaches. Close to outstanding restaurants. Kapalua is really an amazing place that we will never forget!

We stayed at this villa for 9 days in early March. We found the villa to be beautifully appointed, with most everything needed for a great stay, and nicely designed, with none of the usual, kitschy beach condo decorations. There is a nice view of the ocean, but note that this villa is set back one row of condos from those considered "oceanfront". We were still able to watch plenty of whale action from the patio. Lots of good light and the bathrooms, kitchen and dining room are especially lovely. Note that if you are a family with more children then can be accommodated in the two king beds, you may want to seek rental of a trundle bed, as the couch in the living room, while comfortable, is not really conducive to a kid's sleeping area - lot's of light leaks in from the outside entry. The Kapalua Villas have a lovely path to a very sweet, quiet beach, and the walk along the water is incredibly beautiful. This area can be quite windy, but it is lovely to be away from the crowds at Kaanapali. Being quite near to the Ritz Carlton and a golf course, it caters to a certain clientele - if you are wanting to have a loud, party atmosphere, this is not the place for you. Hana, the owner, was very helpful with anything that came up, and she was very easy to work with. Her son helpfully laid in items for us for breakfast, since our flight got in late. Our only issue was with the eco dryer in the condo, which we had to try many different settings to get it to dry even a few items at a time, but by the end, we had figured out the correct settings. Also could use an iPod dock for music, and clocks in the bedrooms. A very lovely spot.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Kapalua condo. It is beautifully decorated and very spacious. Everything was clean and well taken care of, which is also true for the entire complex including the pools.
Three of the most beautiful beaches are within walking distance, including Kapalua Beach which is a great spot for snorkeling and watching sea turtles.
There are several very good restaurants close by, out of which we especially enjoyed the Pineapple Grill, with its less than 5 minutes walking distance.
Being able to see the ocean as soon as you wake up in the morning is just very rewarding.

We stayed in this beautiful villa for 10 nights and were very happy with our choice. This villa is beautiful and well equipped.
The Villa is very private, quiet and comfortable. We loved walks in the morning on nearby walking trails and easy access to the beaches. The pools are great - we used two. We loved the proximity to our favorite golf spot. Thanks for discounts for golf courses.
There are many great restaurants close by. We loved the Merriman's Kapalua restaurant. Great for evening drinks and watching the sunset.
We also loved the pampering in the next door Ritz Carlton spa.

My family give our highest recommendation to this villa in Kapalua. It is a five minute walk to both Kapalua beach and Ironwood beach, and very convenient to the Kapalua golf courses. Excellent comfort, furnishings, and the price was reasonable for this level of accomodations. You will definitely enjoy your stay here. We hope to return!

We had a fabulous vacation at Kapalua! The condo is as lush as it's surroundings. The two master suites have very comfy beds and large, luxurious bathrooms with beautiful granite work. We loved the large windows and breeze that flowed throughout the condo. The kitchen, with it's granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, was a dream to use. The furnishings and decor are unique and fun, really added to our enjoyment of this gorgeous condo. The ocean views, nearby beaches, lanai so near to the pool, beautiful sunsets every night all added to our week in paradise at Kapalua. We highly recommend this spot for a fabulous vacation!

The condo exceeded our expectations. Clean, nicely furnished, great location, and quiet with ocean views (and sounds) from every room. It was great to have a well stocked kitchen and washer and dryer. The lanai was marvelous and the beds and showers were luxurious.
We walked to the trail by the ocean everyday and were able to walk to the Ritz and Sansei the best sushi restaurant ever. We even took the bus to Lahaina.
We highly recommend The Gazebo for breakfast. It is worth the wait.
The condo was the best. It made our dream trip to Hawaii fabulous. We will be back.

We stayed her in early October with another couple for 4 days. There was plenty of space and beautifully appointed. It was easy to get around and many beaches nearby to explore (several within walking distance) and all of them were spectacular. We really loved the convenience of a rental condo with our own kitchen (which we used often). There was a welcome basket which was much appreciated as well as the little details like beach towels and boogie boards. The surrounding resort is luxury at its finest and we spent several afternoons at the Ritz pool/spa. Overall, this was a top notch introduction to Hawaii, couldn't ask for more.

This was an incredible luxury condo!!! Clean and modern with an incredible view of the ocean. The days were so peaceful and lovely in this beautiful home. The aC worked really well and helped us to cool off from the Maui mid-day heat!! This condo was within walking distance to some of Maui's best and least crowded beaches. Access to the Ritz Carlton swimming pool was great as well. Close to outstanding restaurants. Really an amazing place that we will never forget!

We loved the place! The mixture of antique, exotic and top end modern furniture. Huge bathrooms with artsy granite mosaics. Tropical flower arrangements. Everything almost new. Very comfortable and luxuries.
We loved the big TV and a sound system and easy Ipod connection.
We loved the view of the ocean from the main lanai where we ate a lot!! It was great to sit and enjoy the scenery! The whales breaching and we saw also some spinner dolphins down on Oneoloa beach! We had some candle lit dinners, where we could "supervise" our "boyfriends -chefs" at the pool B_B_Q, siting down on our lanai with a glass of wine in hand.There are many excellent restaurants close by though!
Try Gazebo close by, or a Star Noodle in Lahaina hills. (Merriman's is beautiful but a little pricey.)
Best by far was the snorkeling, scuba and the zip lines! We totally loved it. Kapalua has a great course! -

We had a wonderful Maui vacation at this Bay Villa in Kapalua. Great location - easy access to the beach, pools, tennis courts and golf. Excellent snorkeling was right off the beaches, and there was walking path nearby where I jogged. The accommodations were super - incredibly well-appointed and comfortable. The rental process was easy and the manager was very responsive - very professional.
I'm looking forward to returning next year for another memorable vacation. Thanks. -

We stayed in this beautiful villa for 7 nights and were absolutely thrilled with the accommodation and service provided.
This Villa is Deluxe.
We opened the door and there it was, views of the ocean and natural beauty, through a luxurious interior. We felt like royalty! What a start to a vacation!
The Villa is very private and quiet and it is ideal for the perfect getaway in style. This property has it all, easy access to the beach and walking trails, great tennis courts, three pools to choose from or the Ritz-Carlton pool or Gym. We especially enjoyed the amazing views of Kapalua from the golf courses. The package is offering discounts for several Golf courses.
There are many great restaurants close by. We loved the very romantic Merriman's Bay Club restaurant on the cliff of Kapalua beach. What a sunset and great food on top of it! If you like sushi, there is Sunsei restaurant, the absolute must. The best sushi we ever had!
In Lahaina try Lahaina Grill restaurant, the best!
We also loved the pampering in the next door Ritz Carlton spa.

I stayed here with a couple friends on a recent trip to Maui - and it was one of the nicest places we could have stayed. It is literally a 5 minute walk from the beach and really close to a lot of good snorkeling areas. The house itself is beautifully decorated and feels homey in the most luxurious "I'm on vacation" way possible. I especially loved lounging in the veranda area - listening to the waves while I read or just looking up at the stars at night. It made a great home base for our Maui trip!

What first stuck me as I took my first steps into the villa was the amazing view. It literally took my breath away! The place was clean and well decorated. The king sized beds were really comfortable, and there was an extra bathroom (no having to wait to use it in the morning). We were also impressed by the rainfall shower head. Booking online was a breeze.

We have been repeat customers of this unit over the years. It is very luxurious, comfortable and conveniently located. Even though it is in the second row from the water it has a good view of the ocean and actually more privacy because the first row has a path in front of them and people walk through there (great for walks). Kapalua beach is 5 min. walk, it is great for snorkeling and has hot sunny weather while the golf course and the beach around The Ritz Carlton is cooler and my family really likes the choice.

I had a wonderful time here. The unit was breath-taking with its ocean view from the patio, dining area, and master bedroom. It was also clean, very convenient for beach access (key-pad door!), and decorated beautifully. Location-wise, it was very close to great snorkeling, ziplining, dining, and shopping. I would highly recommend staying here! You will not be disappointed!
