THE BEST LOCATION ON MAUI! YOU WILL THINK THIS IS PARADISE!!! Attention to detail was a priority when we renovated our VILLA! It is a corner unit on the gound floor on the 10th fairway in building 16. Outside renovations to building 16 will be completed in November 2012. Our nightly rate starts at only $295.
Enjoy beautiful views from the living room, dining room and master bedroom. I was just there and from my lanai, we watched the sunset through the Cook Pines to the ocean every night! This villa is lovely - modern and tastefully decorated - perfect for two couples or a family. The location is perfect - walking distance to the beaches, on the golf course and close to the scenic coastal trail for hiking/walking. We loved this unit and found it well furnished with all of the necessary amenities. Great location and great rental. The owner and the rental company were very friendly and easy to work with to manage the rental.

We absolutely loved the condo -- perfect location close to everything!! Plus, the condo was totally perfect -- very safe with private parking, gorgeous views, super convenient to everything, awesome restaurants and ocean access within close walking distance!! We dined at the Pineapple Grill three times!! The food was wonderful, staff was great, and it was literally a 2-minute walk from the condo!! I cannot say enough how super great the condo was -- and best of all -- Sandy and her entire staff were totally top notch!! They even gave us suggestions and ideas on things to do while in Maui -- which we truly appreciated as this was our first trip to Maui! Everything was handled super professionally from start to finish -- and they went above and beyond to make our vacation truly the best ever!! We have rented on Vrbo.com numerous times -- in California, Colorado, and Florida -- all great homes but Sandy and her Villa are definitely our very favorite!! We cannot wait to return to this condo in Kapalua!!! Thanks Sooo very much, sandy!!!

What a delightful vacation! Absolutely wonderful! The condominium was gorgeous - the pics on the website don't do it justice. The view was spectacular and the golf course pristine, not to mention the price. It was comparable to being served prime rib at a fine restaurant for the price of a hamburger at Jack-in-the-Box. Definitely a 5-Star experience! We plan to return to Maui next winter and will contact you about availability when we are prepared to set the dates. Also, I'm going to have my sister and her family contact you as they are planning to go to Hawaii next spring.
