This direct ocean front 2 bedroom villa is very nicely upgraded. just steps away from 2 world class beaches, tennis courts and pool. Central air conditioning, free high speed wireles internet and unlimited long distance calling to US and Canada. Bedding is 1 Cal King, 2 Twins or 1 King in 2nd suite and queen sleeper sofa in living room. Minimum 4 night stay. 13.42% state taxes added to all rates. For stays less than 7 nights there is a $212.50 cleaning fee. 1450 sq ft

My family stayed here for 8 days in april 2012. The unit is perfect for a family of 4. Private master suite and spacious twin bedroom with bath. The unit is very nice and comfortably appointed.We found the closet stocked with beach chairs and towels and a cooler -- all much appreciated.
It's located across the parking lot from the closest pool and is right on the coastal path with beach access close by in both directions.
It's fabulous to be right on the Kapalua coast with a million dollar view but very windy, limiting the time we spent on the lanai. There is also a lot of foot traffic walking by (and looking into the unit) from dawn to dusk.
We had one question for the property managers and they were prompt in helping us to address. Very easy to work with all the way though from booking to our check out.
I would stay here again -- the quality of the unit and view make it a nice getaway. Kapalua is hard to beat for getting away from it all and this unit is well located in the resort.
