Covered parking and central air conditioning. Easy walk to the clubhouse, the home of Pineapple Grill and the tennis gardens or beach at Kapalua Bay. Free high speed wireless internet and unlimited long distance calling to US & Canada. Bedding is 1 cal king and 1 queen sleeper sofa. Minimum 4 night rental. 13.42% state taxes added to rate. For stays less than 7 nights there is a $135.42 cleaning fee. 972 square feet.

We've stayed in other Kapalua Golf Villas, but we especially like this unit because we really enjoy the enormous private Lanai. Whether relaxing in the chaise lounges or enjoying a meal onus side at the table, it is peacefull along the fairway with views of the ocean and the island of Lanai. Compared to other villas, we like the location as it is a short walk to Kapalua and Napili Beaches. The unit itself was clean and well equipped. It was just me and my wife, but we each took over a bathroom since there were two full baths! The bathroom were the washer and dryer are located is a standup shower only whereas the ensuite in the master also has a tub. We also liked that the Master had its own slider out to the Lanai. We definitely will try to rent this condo again when we return. The only thing that could be improved is the privacy shade which can be raised or lowered on the side of the Lanai to give privacy from the villa across the way. When it was down and the breeze picked up there was no way to secure it so it would not bang against the rail.
