Free high speed wireless internet and unlimited long distance calling to US & Canada. Bedding is 1 cal king and 1 queen sleeper sofa. Minimum 4 night rental. 13.42% state taxes added to rate. For stays less than 7 nights there is a $135.42 cleaning fee. 1100 square feet.

The unit was in a great location within easy walking distance to 4 beaches, good restaurants. The view from all over was magnificent! The unit itself was very bright and airy however the kitchen could use some updating and the carpets do need replacing. All in all, a great experience.

This unit was listed as upgraded but seems to have been left half done. The faucet in the kitchen just barely reaches the sinks and water ends up all over the counter. The same is true in the main bathroom. The tub in the main bathroom is so small that a normal sized person can not bathe comfortably. The unit has been repainted but it was not finished around the light fixtures. While we love Kapalua and have rented several times there we would not stay in this unit again

Our travel agent found this property for us as we were staying for 10 days and I didn't want to be cooped up in a hotel room for that period of time. I initially wanted an ocean view but those were rented at the time our reservation was made, and it worked out that I was glad we had the golf villas. The view was restful of the golf course and we had enough of an ocean view to see the sun rise and sun set not have the wind or roar of the ocean coming into the condo. Our unit was one of the Gold, recently renovated ones and it was exceptional, state of the art kitchen, 2 fantastic bathrooms, huge master bedroom and a little bedroom we didn't use. Having a washer and dryer meant being able to take less clothing, having a kitchen meant having breakfast and lunch at home or preparing a picnic lunch. Having the lanai (terrace) meant outdoor meals, having all that space meant real relaxation and comfort when coming back from a day out. We also enjoyed the spa, which we used almost daily. The staff is wonderful, the facility is excellent, we swam in the standard 82 degree heated pool which served us well for laps, enjoyed the pineapple water, and the excellent locker room amenities. The villa does have small pools scattered throughout, I swam in them twice, they're not heated, you have to be a committed swimmer to use them. We also enjoyed the local store, great smoothies, better t shirts than seen elsewhere, and ate at all the Villa restaurants. We took the walking trail from the main building and walked the local beaches. The shuttle will take you all over the property so you don't have to use your car. Kapalua is a bit further out from most of the attractions and on day trips we were first picked up and last dropped off, and it can be windy, but it felt like home coming back each day to the quiet and peace of the condo. There were several days we never left the area because we had plenty to do right there. For us this was a very well run and maintained facility and we had a great time.
