Condo has high definition LCD TV's, free long distance calling to mainland and Canada, wireless high speed internet and central air conditioning. Minimum 4 night stay. Bedding is 1 King and queen sleeper sofa. 13.42% state taxes added to all rates. For stays less than 7 nights there is a $135.42 cleaning fee. 1000 sq. ft.

The unit was very well maintained, the view was fantastic, and the location was on the quiet side - just the way we like it. The beach path for morning walks just steps away, 3 beaches all within walking distance, and views - every directions.
Quam was easy to contact and their office was close, had to have a package delivered there, great group of people.

We rented this property through the internet after a great deal of searching. Quam Properties were exceptionally helpful and the condo was perfect for the two of us. The location is ideal for beaches, pools, snorkeling and shopping. We were able to do our own cooking and shopping in near by area and everyone was so helpful when we had questions. We arrived late afternoon on the weekend and the apt. was lit and ready for us. We will return... Maybe this winter.

My son, husband and I stayed for two weeks in a one bedroom condo. The condo was wonderful with comfortable furniture and an awesome view. There was parking right out front. It was nice, peaceful and quiet. The condo was located within an easy walk to the beach. I would highly recommend it. Kapalua is a beautiful place.
