We have stayed in Kapalua several times and love the area, for the views, lack of crowds and low key activities. This was our first stay at Bay Villas. The rental unit was comfortable and maintained in excellent condition and has nice views. We hiked the local trails around the old golf course, hiked the arboretum/Ridge trails, snorkeled Honolua Bay and the local hotel bay (very good), and bicycled out to Honokuloa (some tough sections). For longer trips we traveled to Wailea and snorkeled ahihi Kinau, and went hiking and birdwatching (excellent) at Polipoli. We prefer the quiet of Kapalua to other, more crowded areas. Sansei in Kapalua is our favorite restaurant.

This place was awesome! Excellent view, great decor, felt like a home away from home. Would stay here over and over again. Definately will stay here on our next visit.

The condo is fabulous. Comfortable, beautiful, easy. We cant imagine staying at a better place. The multiple beaches that are an easy walk,and excellent restaurants very close by made a great vacation.

We stayed here for our honeymoon. It was mid recession so the place was pretty dead. We had the whole area to ourselves. Golf was awesome. Scenery was amazing and the private beach was also really nice
