Excellent new bed, view closed in over pool and then ocean, no room in kitchen cupboards to store food. Long door pantry cupboard in this condo was locked for owners. We kept all open packages in refrig. Swarms of ants one night on kitchen counter, and 2 cockroaches seen. Layout poor in condo with bedroom facing road and very close to road, and no screen on sliding door in bedroom, and had curtain window treatment not shades so bedroom, couldnt open that door, was stuffy and hot even with fan on all the time. Weird storage unit and partial wall on balcony blocked view. Lights not working in ceiling fan. Handyman complained that he had to find replacement lamp for fan lights. And did not replace it during our 8 days there Biggest problem was no Wifi! 25B4,Guest came up every time on iPad but Sullivans had no password, told us owners didn't know it. Very poor wifi at Kapalua even on iPhone and closest wifi at Barnes & Noble or Starbucks at Cannery. Even Kapalua Spa didn't have wifi, nor Honolua Store. We have stayed at Kapalua Bay Villas for 20 yrs. this condo was smallest, just one bath, no 1/2 bath and no view from bedroom except neighboring condo guests walking by. Also weird decoration ofvshells glued on mirror in bathroom and places where they were falling off or missing.

This condo is in the shade and very chilly- probably good for aug. Sept and Oct..Couldn't use the deck by the kitchen for eating because the table is too low and it's cold with any trade winds. Very comfortable bed and the little deck outside the bedroom gets nice afternoon sun. Many light bulbs were either out or to dim and the TV remotes didn't work. Sullivan did come promptly to replace most of the light bulbs.The kitchen was easy to use for one person and well equipped. Access to the condo was easy- no stairs for old knees, also inside was level- lots of space in the living room. For older people a grab bar for stepping in and out of the shower would help.
