We stayed there in July 2011 and actually had to find this property on very short notice as the original place we had rented fell through due to a flood at the last minute. The staff at Quam Properties were really easy to deal with and since we were already in Maui, they took time to show us the property. They made the process very easy and thus our stay began. What a place! The accommodations were excellent and we were a group of 3 siblings with their families, as well as the matriarch. There was plenty of room for everyone, the gourmet kitchen was a dream to prepare food in, the pool and incredible view of the ocean was spectacular. An added bonus was the full gym above the garage, which allowed most of us to work off the extra pounds gained eating the food prepared in the superb kitchen! We had a fantastic time and would definitely stay there again! Thanks again to Quam Properties for helping us salvage a potentially disasterous vacation!

We rented this home in august of 2011 for a week. We had a wonderful time! Kapalua is quiet and beautiful. There was a nice walking trail near the property, golf and places to eat. The beach nearby had decent snorkeling. The home was clean and beautiful.
