This was perfect for what we needed. We were out for a wedding and wanted somewhere quiet but close drive to attractions. The unit is so spacious. We felt like we were at home. They had all we needed.

What a wonderful vacation condominium.
It was a great place to stay. We loved the fact the home was perfect for two couples with master bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms for all. Wonderful comfortable beds and very spacious.
No problems and no worries. We plan on returning to Kapalua. We enjoyed the hillside location which was close to amenities but also quiet and private with ocean views. Walkers paradise.

Very quiet location - nice setting nestled in among trees and plants.
Unit was neat and tidy (somewhat dated)and comfortable. Views from the lanai were beautiful. Pool on site was great. Need a vehicle to be here as you are not close to anything within walking distance.
We had an ant problem in the second bedroom which was dealt with in a professional manner within a day of making the call. Excellent service from owner.
Great for catching up on your rest and entertaining. Great beaches nearby (driving)Lahaina just 20 minutes away and has everything you would want. Front street is fun - Banyon tree is well worth the visit (huge)
This unit is a lower unit so you must be able to climb and descend stairs easily to rent here. There is also a two step landing inside the unit that you must get used to as if you are not thinking it is easy to forget it is there.
We were here for a wedding with our children and grand children and the property was perfect for this.

Great view! Everything was as described on internet site. It was in a quiet area which we wanted. Very easy to work with owners. We loved snorkeling Kapalua Bay. We went with our daughter and her husband and there was plenty of room for all of us. We especially liked that both rooms had king-sized beds in them. Would stay there again.

Aloha Gary: Mahalo for sharing your beautiful Maui home with us. We loved the location in Kapalua and the view was fantastic. The north end of Maui is so very tropical and lush, while we still enjoyed all of the sunshine we wanted. We loved Merrimans & the Sea House, which are just minutes away. The condo is very well appointed, spotlessly clean, and spacious. When we encountered a problem with the sofabed, your prompt resolution was fantastic. We will certainly return. The unit was extremely spacious, well designed and beautifully decorated. Both bedrooms have Ca king size beds and their own bath. There is also a pull out couch. Living areas are all very spacious and comfortable.
The kitchen has everything you need if you want to prepare your own meals. The ocean view from the unit is awesome and we enjoyed beautiful sunsets there!
I would definitely stay at the Kapulua Golf Villa again and this unit is a great choice! -

The Villa was beautifully appointed with all the modern necessities and conveniences for a very comfortable vacation stay. The location on a hill overlooking the pool and ocean beyond is magnificent, and I enjoyed having my coffee on the patio in the morning and cocktails in the evening while watching the beautiful sunsets.

A very nice place to stay. Quite spacious, clean and comfortable. No real issues with any furniture or appliances. The estate is lovely.
Only real complaint is the groundskeepers mowed the lawn every couple of days which was very noisy. Additionally, it was usually done early which makes sleeping in impossible. -

My husband and I stayed at the villa for one week together with our three adult children, yet it still felt spacious and comfortable. The unit was very clean at arrival and all appliances were functional. I was pleasantly surprised that we even had a coffee grinder and hair dryer, and especially liked the Hawaiian art decorating the rooms. I would like to mention that we stayed at other vacation rentals before, but this is the first time when we were satisfied in all aspects: cleanliness, comfort, location. I highly recommend this unit to others and looking forward to visiting again.
One more thing, I read that other guests had problems with the hot water. During our stay there was plenty of hot water for five people to shower and even rinse our fins and snorkels. No issues!

Location - paradise especially for golf nuts.
Villa - very spacious, extremely well equipted with everything and I mean everything that you would need to make your stay wonderful.
However the hot water needs maintence as the ensuite bathroom didn't supply enough hot water for 2 nor any at all over the handbasin. With this sorted out unit would rate an overall excellent rating.

Having stayed many times at Kapalua Villas over the last 15 years and this being our first time through owner-direct rental, I have to say that the value received overall was excellent. Also,the location as well as our dealings with Gary and Geri were outstanding. My son's whole family also had a great time!

The Kapalua Golf Villas are By Far The Most Beautiful Place On Earth! The Moment you arrive you know you are in paradise! Easy to Find, Great Location , and Close to Everything you need! Located on the west Side of Maui with some of The Best Restaurants close by. The Condo has a Great View for your Sunset and is comfortabily furnished with everything you will need! (Great Beds) If Privacy is what you like than you definately will Love this Place!!! Oh ~~ Awesome Pool~~~

Plenty of room, convenient to most of the things we wanted to do. There was not enough hot water for 4 adults to take short showers in the morning. Good thing that the cold water was not too cold. We arrived in the evening and the lights were out on a large portion of the 3 flights of steps down to the condo making it difficult to navigate with all of our luggage

The housekeepers had turned the HOT Water heater switch to off and forgot to turn it on prior to the guests arrival. Plenty of Hot water after that for all the guests.
Maintenance for Kapalua replaced the one of three lights that were out going down the stairs after we learned they were out. All is good........ -

Our stay at the Golf Villa was amazing. The Villa was quiet, clean, comfortable and very spacious. The condo was well stocked with appliances, pots & pans, etc., as well as beach towels, chairs, boogie boards and kids beach toys. The beds are furniture were comfortable and the grounds of the golf villa were immaculate and the view was amazing! The pools and BBQ areas were very clean and well kept and the use of the shuttles around Kapalua were very handy and the use of the Ritz Carlton pool was a very nice added bonus. We loved our stay at the Golf Villa and would recommend it to anyone and we will definitely go back and stay there again one day!

We stayed at this villa for two weeks in July 2010, and have selected this villa because of its excellent reviews and still reasonable price. Nowadays, a lot of information is aleady available on sites like Tripadvisor, so you come reasonably well prepared. Still, this exceeded our expectations.
The Kapalua area is a very beautiful area, and I think it's the nicest area in Maui. Kapalua has its own supermarket, and is close to Lahaina.
This villa is located in the Kapalua Golf Villa park. It is walking distance to the Ritz Carlton properties and Kapalua Bay. It is possible to use the swimming pool at the Ritz Carlton, which our daughter of 11 liked a lot. The Kapalua Bay is an excellent spot for snorkeling.
We stayed at this villa with 4 adults and 1 child. With two large bedrooms there is plenty of space available. The living room is very nicely decorated, and comfortable. Free internet access is available, and setting it up is very easy.
The lanai is wonderful, and you could almost spend the whole day at the lanai... The view is so beautiful! We always started our day having a long breakfast, and enjoyed the view, the quiet surroundings and the birds coming by. Similarly, this is also the perfect spot to view the sunset.
Although there are many good restaurants in the neighborhood, we sometimes cooked ourselves. The kitchen really has everything you need.
The villa has a few boogie boards, snorkel sets and toys available for kids, which our daughter used a lot. Also, beach towels are available in the villa, so no need to bring these with you in your suitcase. The villa park has four swimming pools, and we sometimes used the main pool at the end of the day. Most of the time, we used the pool at the Ritz-Carlton however (less than 5 minutes by car).
Overall, I think this is a perfect villa and contributed to a wonderful vacation in Maui! -

The villa was just the right size for the four of us. The resort was beautiful. Our favorite boarding beach and snorkeling beach were the 2 beaches just north of the resort,,,so that was perfect. The condo faces west so sitting out in the morning or watching sunsets was wonderful (the condo gets really hot with that afternoon sun streaming in. It's great there were beach towels and coolers in the closet,,,just wonderful.

The Condo was very well layed out and the location couldn't have been better for quiet breakfasts, evening cocktails or a short walk to the pool. Tastefully decorated and golfing, snorkeling, is but a 3 minute drive away.

Maui is very beautiful. Our accommdations at Partners in Paradise 2
bedroom,2 bath condo were very good however, I would like to make a few
comments on the condition of the condo when we arrived. We were charged
$100 for a cleanup fee. I noticed when we got there. The floor was not swept
very well also there was dirt under the furniture in the living room. The kitchen
faucet definitely needs to be replaced because every time I tried to shut it off it
felt like I was going to pull it out of the sink. I believe I would also put a cover
on the outlet in the bathroom that deals with the hot water heater. I turns off
if you bump it . I will say the service from the staff about the toliet was very
prompt and satisfactory. The pool and other accommodations were very will
achieved and appreciated. Thank you Gary,

The guest's children turned off the Hot Water heater switch labeled HOT WATER HEATER SWITCH-DO NOT TURN OFF and called me and complained there was no hot water! Easily corrected, I called my plumber who came and told them to turn the switch back on. The switch can't be bumped though...it's behind a door!
Then they complained the toilet was making a loud noise when flushing. I replaced the toilet with another brand new one that same afternoon. I would have had the plumber repair or replace the kitchen faucet if I had known it was a problem. I'm going over next week and will replace it if it's a problem. I am a very proactive owner. I will discuss the issue of some dirt UNDER the furniture with my housekeepers......Do most people look under furniture when on vacation? I try my best to keep a great Villa in great condition at a GREAT price for all my guests. Four stars is not good enough for me. -

The villa was great, spacious and well equipped. Including boogie boards for
the beach and a blender for cold drinks! Gary of partners in paradise was very
responsive in lead-up to vacation and the villa was in perfect condition on
arrival. Enjoyed the pool and grilling poolside in the evenings. Needed a car to
get to beaches and restaurants but that was expected. Fabulous places to eat
in vicinity and lovely beaches, of course! Loved the Plantation House for lunch,
was traveling with children so lunch there, being more casual, suited us more
than dinner. Mala in Lahaina was great too. -

Excellent Kapalua Bay Course and Ocean views at a reasonable price. Unit was very comfortable with separate "dual master" sleeping areas. Adequately equipped kitchen, but no cleaning supplies (sponges, trash bags, etc.) were provided which are standard in vacation condo rentals. Only one key provided which was logistically challenging with multiple activities. Would highly recommend...owners are pleasant to work with and good communicators.

The housekeepers had just run out of new sponges and replaced them. There is also an extra key on property the guest could have used if they had only asked me about it. I had no idea they needed extra keys! No problem though...just let me know next time! Mahalo!
