This luxury 2 bedroom was one of the 1st Gold Villas in the Kapalua Villas Program. It is located on the 10th Fairway of the famed Bay Course in Kapalua - Hawaii's #1 Golf Resort. For those who have visited Maui, Kapalua needs no description - but golf is not close to the only reason to stay in Kapalua! It is private, quiet and BEAUTIFUL! The villa is a great villa in a great location. It has been a very successful private rental for 5 years. We have many repeat guests. The villa is not justified by the pictures and neither is the view! It is a luxury villa that everyone will love with a wonderful view of the ocean and the islands o...f Molakai and Lanai. Everything is very nice, well maintainted and very well cleaned by our cleaning company. Additional Location Information

Kapalua is the northern most resort in West Maui. It is a quiet area with 2 championship world class golf courses, Golf Academy, home of Kapalua Bay Beach (voted the best beach in America) and many other great beaches including DT Fleming beach (at the Ritz) and Honolua Bay. The hotel in Kapalua is the Ritz Carlton which was voted in the top 5 of the Ritz hotels in the world! There are wonderful restaurants such as the Pineapple Grill (just a short walk down the golf path from our villa and a must do on our list), Sansei restaurant and the Plantation. There are 2 spas in Kapalua if that is your desire! And what a wonderful place to walk with many trails for your exercise and enjoyment! It truly is an incredible resort! We are also only minutes away from great shopping or many other things to do in Kaanapali or Lahaina - dont stay in the crowds - drive to them if you like.

  When I think of Paradise I think of the tranquility of a quiet vacation spot where you can read a book and lounge and then eat a fabulous dinner at the beach and then go to Kaanapali or Lahaina to have nightlife and then return to a villa to sleep and relax. If you think that sounds good, this wonderful villa is just what you are looking for.
  
  This villa has a fully stocked and equipped kitchen, not just a few plates and old dated cookware. Not to mention the Weber grills at the one of three pools that are close by. Our family enjoyed a leisurely breakfast in the morning around the patio table overlooking a park like setting and a view towards the Pacific Ocean.
  
  The bedrooms were spacious with one master bedroom and a separate bedroom with 2 beds for children or others. The layout was ideal for families or for other couples as the bedrooms have separate doors and can be separated from the vast and comfortable living room. In the living room is a large and comfortable couch (and believe me everyone took a nap on it one time or other during our trip), that folds out to a queen size bed.
  
  The villa is at the Kapalua Resort that provides a complimentary shuttle to one of three beaches. When you are ready to come home, just call and the shuttle picks you up again. Ideal when you don't want to fight for parking at the popular beaches.
  
  For families the quiet washer and dryer at the villa is indispensable. In addition the front closet includes boogie boards, kids toys, beach chairs, and everything you need for a fun time at the beach.
  
  I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our time at this villa. We have been to many trips all over, and this was the best vacation rental we have ever encountered. Gina is extremely trustworthy and the best rental owner we have ever worked with. We hope to make this an annual vacation and are so grateful to Gina and her family for making this rental available to those fortunate enough to rent it.
