A beautiful condo, with best view on the 4-lagoon property. Comfortable, well-appointed, and convenient to exploring the island, with the serenity of a quiet retreat from the "busy congestion" of other areas. Andre was very easy to work with, and it was a great stay!

This is an amazing property that features a gourmet kitchen and a wall that literally disappears bringing the outside in! You feel like you are cooking and enjoying the sun and ocean breezes at the same time. Views were outstanding making it very hard to leave the condo and dine elsewhere! Both bedrooms and bathrooms beautifully decorated and truly enjoyed the deep soaking tubs to melt all the stress from the mainland away! Have stayed here twice already and can't even consider any place else in the future! The owner is so gracious and wonderful to deal with! You will love it!

What can you say about a beachfront penthouse stay in Hawaii other than it could only be much too short. Facility is 4 star if that is the highest rating and the condo is excellent, all high end appointments and well laid out. Location is out of the city but shopping and resturants are only a short dirve away. Owner is very congenial and well orgainized we had no problems during our stay and look forward to a repeat visit in the future.

We stayed for a week in this condo and had the most amazing time. The accommodation is exactly as described and is extremely comfortable, well furnished and clean. The view is absolutely amazing and the location is perfect - literally steps from the beach and the lagoon which is great for snorkelling in (if you don't like the choppiness of the open water) - we saw tonnes of tropical fish and a sea turtle just in the lagoon itself. I went expecting at least one or two bad surprises but everything exceeded my expectations. No hesitation in recommending this condo at all. We can't wait to go back.

I absolutely loved this Condo. It was truly as advertised. The Lanai has a fantastic view, and is large and spacious. This was the first time I had rented a condo from an owner directly, and I was more than a little nervous about the entire transaction. Everything turned out perfectly.
The condo is in excellent condition, and the grounds are also very well kept. We entertained a lot of friends and family, and it was well set-up for that, with everyone gravitating toward the Lanai and that fabulous view. -

We loved out stay at Ko Olina. The condo was beautifully decorated and at a beautiful location. We spent two nights at Waikiki which was really nice but we were looking something away from the big city so that we could enjoy the true Hawaii. We found the right place. I had never rented from an owner before and was a little hesitant but andre did a great job of relieving my fears. We were able to enjoy the whole island from this location. We rented a car and just had a great time exploring and seeing all the beautiful areas. The condo gave us the feeling of a home rather than a hotel and made it much more relaxing. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us.

We stayed in this Ko Olina Penthouse for one week during a recent two week vacation to Hawaii. The penthouse was perfect for our family of four. The accommodations were exactly as depicted in the photos. The pools and gardens were gorgeous. The beach was very clean and the snorkelling from the shore was surprising good. As a result, to our surprise, our days at Ko Olina were the highlight of our Hawaiian vacation.

"We recently stayed at the Ko Olina Beach Villas and had one of the most amazing experiences ever. We both travel to the Islands frequently and have stayed in some great places but the location and the penthouse at the Beach Villas was the most breathtaking experience we have ever had. This trip has changed our expectations for accomodations when traveling to the Islands forever! The Villa was absolutely gorgeous with plenty of room and all the amentities one would need to enjoy their stay. The views were so mezmorizing and the accessibility to what we saw was perfect. I would recommend the Ko Olina Beach Villas to everyone and especially the penthouse it has the best views and best location of all of the villas! Whenever we stay on Oahu in the future this will be the first location we will try to stay at, it really makes for a wonderful vacation!"

I am not one to write reviews, but I had to take the time to do so for this unit.
The unit is every bit as described and more. It is the best unit in all of Ko Oilina Beach Villas. It has the best view, you are literally looking at the beautiful beach, you can hear the waves, you can sees whales and so much more. This view is available from everyroom except the bathroom. Friends also stayed here, but in an Ocean Tower Penthouse...they were ready to move in with us! It does not compare. In addition, everything in the unit is as pictured an even nicer in person. When I am on vacation I like to do nothing and relax and this includes cooking. On this vacation I actually didn't mind cooking! Beautiful gourmet kitchen and again the views. Also this is the only unit that had full outdoor seating. We had our friends (from the Ocean Tower Penthouse) over for dinner. The seven adults and 2 kids sat comfortably and had a beautiful sunset dinner.
Also andre was wonderful! Nadia, a sweet lady who meets you to personally welcome you, was wonderful. Everything was wonderful.
I cannot say enough good things about this place. There is not one negative or bad thing I can think of. If you stay at Ko Olina Beach Villas, you will be devasted if you stay at any other unit. -

I would like to thank andre for his hospitality during our stay at his Ko Olina Beach Front Penthouse. This place has absolutely everything you would need for a perfect family vacation. The villa had exquisite interior design, was extremely clean and very comfortable. We could watch the whales jumping in the ocean while sitting on our balcony. The views of the sunsets were breathtaking. The pools and the beach area was extremely convenient and snorkeling with the sea turtles in our lagoon was one of our most favorite activities, (snorkeling gear was in the closet). The owner was always inquiring what he could do to make our stay more enjoyable. It was perfect and we would go back any time. Thank you.

This is an upscale, beautifully decorated property. You cannot get closer to the water anywhere in Ko'Olina unless you are standing in it.
We loved the lagoon pool in the mornings and enjoyed afternoons at the quiet pool where you can swim laps.
Every night we enjoyed a cocktail or dinner on our lanai watching the sunset.
The condo has everything you need and more.
This is the place to go for a beautiful, quiet, relaxing vacation.
You can certainly venture out to the North Shore for an excursion .

This place is amazing and we are pickier than most. In fact, we always stay in 5-star hotels such as the Four Seasons with the exception of this place, which we have returned to now 3 times. The front row seat for sunset is just divine. We wound up eating dinner in the room every night because the view goes down hill anytime you leave the penthouse. Amenities in the penthouse are 5 star. The resort setup here is great because you are never competing with others for space by or in the luxurious pools; contrast this to the Marriott vacation club or the Marriott Ihalani a bay away and there is simply no comparison. I also appreciate the modern design of the amenities and the security of it being closed off to outsiders. There is no restaurant on the property which is kind of a bummer, but the benefit is that you have no one coming to the resort that isn't staying there. This is clearly worth the trade-off. You can always walk down to the Mariott Ihalani for a nice brunch or dinner. And the kitchens in the room are a chef's dream anyways, stock full of high end appliances. Lastly, I would say that the location is excellent. This is the driest part of the island so it is almost always sunny. The 4 bays of KoOlina are great for running or walking and the protected bays mean that you can sit on the beach and let your little ones play peacefully in the water. We have even swam with sea turtles in the bay in front of the penthouse! We are returning again in March 2012 and can't wait!

By far the most beautiful place we have ever stayed. Located on the top floor of the unit closest to the water. Huge Lanai opens up to the Pacific. You can't beat the views, the weather, and most of all the condo. My wife and I have been back twice with friends. We will be back again. Thanks for the great experience!!!

After dozens of trips to Hawaii as well as vacations all around the globe, our family counts the Ko Olina penthouse as one of our absolute favorites! The luxury appointments make for a wonderfully comfortable environment, the grounds are beautiful and pristine, and the panoramic view of the ocean cannot be improved upon! The kitchen is outfitted with everything one needs to prepare the simplest of breakfasts and lunches to the most elegant of gourmet dinners. Of course every meal tastes more delicious when served on the lanai, and seasoned with fresh air and warm island breezes -- not to mention that incredible ocean view! When cooking is "not on the menu", there are many wonderful restaurants from which to choose as well. We all enjoyed taking morning walks along the beachside paths, snorkeling with the sea turtles (honu) in the lovely lagoon, relaxing on the warm sandy beach, and swimming in the beautiful pool. As a couple with two adult children, we all agree that this is the perfect place to relax and unwind from our busy lives, and reconnect as a family. We will most definitely continue to return again and again!

This is a lovely, airy penthouse with a breathtaking view! The kitchen is fabulous and if you brought in a few items to dine upon you would never have to leave! It is in a lovely location -- close to restaurants and other shops. It was great vacation experience.
