Elegant villa with the largest and most open 2 Bdrm floor plan among all rentals, with the most outdoor living space!. Our unique floor plan has 1642 sf with spectacular views from 3 lanais. Main living area has lanais off both sides facing both east and west, with doors that slide all the way into the walls creating the spacious indoor/outdoor tropical living environment our renters seek. Miles of ocean walkways and breathtaking beaches. Huge lap pool, lagoon pool, sandy beach childrens pool, jacuzzi's, world class gym, restaurants, and famous Honolulu and Waikiki Beach a short drive away.

To start off, throughout our trip we visited all parts of the island and my husband said he didn't see anywhere he would have preferred to stay compared to this condo.
Location - we preferred the quieter Ko Olina area to Waikiki. Groceries and any shopping wasn't far away - 5-10min in Kapolei to Safeway, Target or Walmart. There is a small market down the street for essentials on your arrival day.
Beach Villas - as we walked through the Ko Olina area and looked at the other resorts we found they were busier than the relaxed feel at the Beach Villas. Although there is no store or restaurant in the complex, it wasn't far to walk to either at other locations. The pools provided great variety - the "quiet" pool did allow for kids to be in it with reasonable noise; there was a lagoon type pool with a zero depth entry and then quick access to the beach.
The condo - the set up of the condo with the 3 lanais was great. It is an end unit with beach/ocean view, as well as a view to aulani and the quiet pool. The double lanais through the dining/living space allowed great cross breezes. The condo was well equipped. We were traveling with a toddler and they provided both a playpen and high chair. The high end appliances in the kitchen were easy to use. We have many of our meals in the condo.
We had one small air conditioning issue which Ron responded to immediately.
I would definitely recommend Joan and Ron's condo and when we return to Oahu we would stay here again. -

Joan was great to work with, very helpful - her condo was great - right on the water, the property was very nice - easy to get to from the airport; far enough away from Waikkiki...would defintely recommend the property.

We were travelling with another couple and loved having the full two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.This unit is beautifully finished and furnished. The views are stunning, the pools are immacultate and the grounds are lush. There is a boardwalk along the clean, white sand beaches, perfect for your morning jog or evening stroll. Great golf course right across the road. Shopping is about a 10 - 15 minute drive away. We loved having the full kitchen and enjoyed many meals on the lanai. Since it's a condo unit, there is not much by way of service but the staff are very friendly and polite. Owners were helpful and easy to deal with.
