We can accept payments by cheque or bank transfer in Euros, Dollars, Pounds or Swiss francs. We can aslo accept payment by credit card or Paypal but there is an extra chrge for this service. Transfers to banks outside UK and Cyprus will be charged extra.
This apartment is not suitable for stag/hen breaks.
Accommodation is only reserved for the persons listed on the booking. All persons including any children must be listed on the booking. This is for legal and insurance purposes.
Reasonable use of AC is included in the rates. Please remember to switch off AC when going out.
Smoking only in balcony please, with doors shut.

This was our second visit to this wonderful apartment and it was, if anything, even better than our first, something we would not have thought possible.
The bonus this time was that the weather, which was changeable at the time of our previous visit last October, was fantastic throughout - sometimes hitting mid 30's C. Also, going at the start of the season, we often had the entire pool area to ourselves.
The apartment remains totally complete with everything anyone could wish for and more. We ate at several restaurants, mainly in Kapparis but some in Protaras, and the food was generally of excellent quality and value.
We definitely hope to return soon, and would not consider staying anywhere else in this area.

Mythical Sands is an excellent quaality and well located complex. Glad this time the weather held up. Last year was unusual with the amount of rain that fell. Our second stay in the Mythical Sands complex (we enjoyed Kapparis so much last year that we came back). The service we received prior to booking till the end was outstanding. Sunita could not have been more helpful to us. She quickly answered our emails about any queries we had, and bent over backwards to help us. The booking itself was as smooth as anything.
The photos do not do the apartment justice. When we arrived the apartment was spotless and surpassed all our expectations with up to date equipment. The air conditioning is fab and simple to use. We loved the convenient location (easy walk to beaches, restaurants & shops- there are a few really good places to eat), It was not too busy around the clean well maintained pool with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas and conveniently located showers and toilets. Apartment had everything you need, clean sheets, towels, washing machine and the owner's attention to detail is highly commendable. It is bright and fresh and brand new, it has been decorated tastefully to a high standard. We found there was plenty of room and having the balcony was great for that extra bit of private outside space. It has all the mod cons flat screen TV, satellite, DVD player, toys, books, games which is ideal when you have children. We didn't bring any Dvd's with us as we didn't think we would need to but it turned out we did want some and it was very handy to have a range of Dvds to watch and books to read.
When we finally went to bed it was nice to go into the air conditioned rooms and pass out. The beds were comfy as we slept like logs.
We have stayed in a number of places and can honestly say that this is right at the very top of my list. Great value!
Thank you for making it so. We would recommend this to anyone, families with children, people who want a quiet break etc. I've just booked my return with a friend, looking forward to it.

Well here l am once again, What does that tell you about this appartment. I think the only thing l can say that you will be intested in , that l never wrote last Year is. l have already enquired about going back January 2014, that alone should tell you how fantastic this appartmentis is and how well equipped it is plus how great the location is everything is all within 10/15 minuet walk shops,restaurants,bus stop for if you cannot drive plus best of all the beach.

We are just back from a wonderful relaxing break in this apartment. It is very modern, spacious and close to all amenities. The booking process with Sunita was simplicity itself and there was plenty of information on arrival about the local area and beyond.
The apartment is within a few minutes of a number of lovely restaurants and pubs and a little further to a pleasant beach. We preferred to sunbathe around the enclosed (keycard provided) swimming pool. which had plenty of loungers and parasols.
The apartment was furnished with everything you could think of to make your stay both comfortable and enjoyable. We definitely hope to return soon.

We found the apartment after searching various sites. We are familiar with the area and this was an ideal location. Peaceful, but in the car 4 mins from penera town. The apartment was competitively priced, all email enquiries were quickly and efficiently answered. Communication and instructions with regards to booking, directions from airport, keys, etc was first class.
The photo's were a true reflection of the property which was modern, clean and comfortable with extras you quite possibly would not get with a standard holiday let. It was my daughters first time in Cyprus and she fell in love with the area, so much so that she has booked her wedding their next year. We have tried our best ot equip it with as many little extras as we could think of as obviously no one can carry everything possible on holiday. Any suggestions for other extras would be welcome too.

The apartment was lovely with everything we needed. It was really homely and absolutley spotless. We were really comfortable both with th apartment and the area. It was nice and quiet away from all the hustle and bustle but yet near restaurants and supermarkets. The only real pain was the parking! We had real trouble parking near the apartnent as the locals kept parking all around the apartment. There is a ca park just along the road but it is not easy with the 2 kiddies, lilios, bags etc!!
We only used the pool a couple of times (as we love the beach) but it was a good size and was clean with both showers and toilets.

Thank you for the fab review. I am glad the apartment catered to all your needs. Kapparis is a peaceful resort yet has everything one needs to enjoy a lovely holiday.
The parking is an issue which hopefully will be resolved soon as Karma have sent out a letter to all the residents requesting that they park in their parking spaces. Might be an idea to park near the apartment as it is on the ground floor, take out everything from the car and leave it in the balcony (which is quite safe), park and return to carry it all in. I would not leave the kiddies though unless there were 2 of us!
We spent a lot of time in the pool and the toilets and showers being right there were a huge convenience even though the apartment is only a 30 sec walk away.

we have just come back from the most enjoyable and relaxing 2 weeks,the area was very quite but with everything you could need within a 10 minute walk.like Restaurants and shops the supermarket is only a 10/15 minute drive. The couple who manage the appartment could not be more friendly or helpful nothing is to much trouble.we have just booked to reurn next january

Very comfortable accomadation and a beautifull place to stay. Within a few minutes i could walk to the shops and bars and a slow leisurely walk to the beach. Will definitely come back!
