Description from the owner
Located some 4.5 kilometres from the charming little town of Kas the villa overlooks the greek island of Meis and other outlying islands in the Mediterranean. The villa is a 250 metre walk down to the bathing platforms which are located on a bay which regularly is awarded a Blue Flag for its water cleanliness.
The villa is built over three floors with the sleeping accommodation on the top floor.
The master bedroom (with double bed) has its own private balcony with spectacular views. There are two more bedrooms - one with two single beds and the other a double bed. There is also a large family bathroom which also houses the washing...Read more

Building on the Kas peninsular is very much restricted and it is scattered with villas, small hotels and apartments. There are no shops so it is necessary to go into Kas for provisions. We are well served by local minibuses which leave every half hour during the summer months.
The villa which is part of a complex of three, is surrounded by other villas ( but the views are not impeded) and there is a boutique hotel at the bottom of the road which is happy to provide meals if guests do not want to cook .
It is an ideal place to relax in peace but is close enough to Kas to enjoy the towns nightlife - which is not as frenetic as that found in the larger resorts
