General Location
The villa is located at a seaside housing complex near the physical marine of Glarocavos, 2Km after Pefkochori village. It is situated 90 Km from Thessaloniki airport. The Glarocavos area is a beautiful and serene area with private family houses, beuatiful beaches and vast areas of greenery.
The house is located by the seaside and has a magnificent view of the Sithonia and the Athos Peninsula. A beautiful long beach is stretched in front of the house connecting Glarocavos with Pefkochori village.
Villa Description
The villa is a moderately sized two floor house of 100m2, with a basement, a beautiful terrace and a wide balcony with an amazing sea and mountain view.
The ground floor consists of a living room with a wonderful sea view, connected to the terrace. The living room includes a large corner sofa with the tv corner (LCD TV) and a sofa bed by the fireplace.
On the first floor, there is a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a wide balcony, a kid’s room with a bunk bed and a bathroom.
The basement, which is naturally lit by 2 cour-anglaise, has 2 bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom and a storage room / laundry.
The villa is offered to host comfortably 2 families or a group of max 8 people.
Living at the villa
The villa is located in a close proximity to the sea and can offer unique vacations for both kids and adults. There are a number of sports activities for the whole family to enjoy (swimming, wind surfing, water ski, tennis, basketball, cycling etc).
The house has a big garden in the front yard, ideal for kids to play. There is also a tennis court at the back yard, for the whole complex without charge.
The villa is 2Km from Pefkochori village and 8km from the traditional Paliouri village, that offer a wide range of facilities (ATM”s, Supermarkets, restaurants, bars etc)
