Kata and Kata Noi beach are very pleasant bays of Kata Villaage, entices and charms many visitors with its white sands and clear waters. Kata is split into two focal areas: Kata Centre, which is at the northern end close to Karon and Kata South, home to several resorts. The Club Med takes up most of the beach road, resulting in a shaded footpath that makes for a pleasant stroll. Continuing on through the village, visitors will find an abundance of shops to browse in, from souvenir and ready-to-wear outlets, to 7-Elevens and local mini-marts, to name-brand fashion stores. Just returned from a wonderful stay at Kata Beach. This condo was all it promised! The unit is located in a quiet area of Kata just up the hill from the beach. It was a very easy and short 5-minutes to the main beach. The condo is well furbished with everything working and clean. The property has onsite security, who were friendly and helpful (we checked in after 2a). The property manager and owners were incredibly open and helpful to us in all of our needs, with good recommendations for local sites and food. They were always accessible by phone or email, which was comforting and convenient. Staying here provided the perfect balance of being able to enjoy the busy beach life and then having a serene sanctuary to retreat to in the evenings. Highly recommended!

The place looks exactly like the pictures, very clean, spacious space for 3 of us (13 year old son) , also the kitchen is full equipped. Few minuets walking to beach, restaurants, very convenient located. There is a small coffee shop just across the apartment- nice coffee. Miss Tu did great job to clean the house, we really had comfortable and relaxing holiday at this place--will be back!

We are a family of four with two young kids aged 6 and 2. We are staying at this apartment for nearly two months. The first thing to mention is the communication. From the initial contact to payment to questions on the way. Pui (the owner) always replied immediately.
The apartment itself is very spacious and well appointed and suits our family of four beautifully. House keeping is 3 times a week and the maid Khun Tu is fantastic (she has a friend Ya who is a great baby sitter, should you need one) she also speak english pretty good. The apartment boosts a great balconey aread with chairs and table which is great for the kids and the railing is kid proof (always important to young families).
Although we hired a car as we stayed in phuket for two months and put our girls into ballet and gymboree etc and also trained muay thai. the location is such that its not required. about a five minute walk south puts you on the beach Kata Noi and about a 6 minute walk north puts you in the main beach of kata. There are many restaurants (two chefs is pretty hard to beat along with Kata Mama's on the beach) around and shops etc. We used to walk until the girls were tired and just catch a tuk tuk home (complete with flashing lights and sub woofers- kids loved it :)).
We have been travelling around the world for 10 months and stayed in many many many apartments, hotels etc and this would rate as one of the best. As mentioned above, its easy to organise thanks to Pui's high communication level and the space works great for families. The location puts you in a great spot for shopping, and restaurants. It also hits the mark price wise.

The property has a good location as you can reach, Kata Noi, Kata and Karon very easy and in a short time. Need to mention that we had a car - without a car not a good place. The issue we had was the cleanliness of the property - we stayed in 8B - and the overall attitude of the Management staff of Cbre. The maid entered the property without knocking at the door which needed some effort to explain why we would like to know when somebody is entering if we are at "home". We had some low season maintenance work going on where labourers showed up on our terrace, it was very noisy and it smelled of paint every day. Work started usually at 8am which was annoying as we left most of the time at 9.30am. This issue took a few days to get solved until Cbre was able to stop the work at our appartment - at least. To keep the story short - considering only the quality of the development is not a high end apartment at all. Therefore the prices in low and high season are far to expensive in my opionion. Positive - Ms. Bow and the security team are very helpful and professional. I would recommend the property for 30 percent less for both seasons and if more people like Miss Bow are involved. I do not recommend the property at the moment as it is not high end as advertised.

What can I say - I had a chance to spend a half of my stay in a 4 star hotel and another part in this apartment. The comfort was incomparable. I'll definitely come back to this beach apartment once again. The place was very clean, spacious, comfortable and reasonably priced. The owner speaks English very well what is particularly useful there.
The best place in the whole apartment was a terrace - big enough for 2 loungers, table for 6 and many, many plants.
I highly recommend this place to all of my friends traveling that direction. -

We spent our holidays in December 2007 in this beautiful home.
The apartment is just perfect - very spacious, equipped with everything you
need (including an ultra-modern TV and sound system, DVDs, CDs etc.) and it
was spotlessly clean. The living and dining area is huge and so are the
bedrooms. We enjoyed the luxury bathroom facilities (with a great rain
shower) and felt very comfortable. The large balcony and the superb pool are
great for relaxing. Around the apartment is a lovely, tropical garden. There
is a 24h security with nice guys. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The place is very quiet and peaceful - though the beach and the town center
is just a short walk away (2 min.) There a lot of restaurants in town and
travel agencies where you can book daytrips.
We had a wonderful time and can highly recommend this perfect place. -

We could not be happier - all expectations exceeded. The house was perfect. Spotless, equipped ultra modern, and the staff that helped us get settled in were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The small village is beautifully put together and doesn't feel contrived or overdone - everything is spacious. And secure - 24hr guard service was peace of mind.
Kata big beach and little beach are perfect white sand and clear warm water. All walking distance from the house. Great restaurants and shopping. Easy
access to rental bikes / cars, everything. 15 minute drive to epic high overlooks further south. We are looking forward to our next trip - only this
time we are going to make it much longer. Thank you so much!
