Everything went great. Ian was more than helpful during our entire stay.
The view from the apartment is great. The beach that is near the place isn't suitable for swimming, so you'll need to get a car or scooter to get you to the nearby beaches. Our favorite was Nai Harn, which was about 15-20 minutes away by car. Kata noi is also nice, about 20 minutes away by car.
There is a great little restaurant directly across the street.
The place is located right off a very central and busy highway, so its easy to find a base out of.
The pool in the facility is very nice.
The apartment its is pretty nice. -

I had a verry nice stay and my girlfriend enjoyd it too.For the months march and april (low saison) it was a little expensive but ok we are in Phuket..We had nice service from the manager (Ian) and he was always readdy for us.

Casa semplicemente bella dotata di tutti i confort adatti ad una eccelente vacanza,ottima posizione tanquilla ed elegante,ristoranti e negozi di tutti i generi nelle immediate vicinanze.Mi è piaciuto più di tutto la gentilezza di Ian e la simpatia di Katherine.Quello che non mi è piaciuto assolutamente è stato quello di dover andar via da quel paradiso -

Fantastic family house with beautiful pool and gardens. Our kids absolutely loved the pool.
Great value even during high season and comes with lots of separate accommodation. Everyone can find a bit of space here.
Not really suitable for Toddlers due to the high and wide balconies (great views though) and I would highly recommend having some transport to get around. It is, however, very close to all the restaurants and great beaches.
Phuket accommodation were absolutely fantastic and a very professional organisation, we couldn't have been looked after any better. As you can tell we had a really great holiday. Highly recommended. -
