Baan Kata Keeree is located on over one rai (17,222 sq.ft.) of land at the southern tip of Kata beach, on a rocky promontory overlooking the entire beach and bay. There is private beach access, whilst the villa itself remains private with remote controlled entry gate. Yachting friends can anchor their boats right under the villa and walk up.

Many would argue that this is the best location on the island; private and secluded whilst also within walking distance of everything you need, and on one of the best but not yet over-commercialized beaches.

Unlike most other developments on the island, which are part of communities, this prop...erty was entirely designed and constructed by the owners. The architect is Professor Junaphas who did the renowned Regent Four Seasons in Chiang Mai, amongst other exclusive developments.

The Thai style villa itself is made up of four main buildings covering over 4,305 sq.ft. of house space, with another 4,305 sq.ft. of terraces. The middle building is 2 storeys, giving the 2 top bedrooms a complete view of the entire bay. The terrace space is particularly outstanding, with 2 levels and 2 swimming pools with cascades from one to the other (one is 12mx5m with a jacuzzi and swimming jet current; the other is a 6-seater rock jacuzzi which can also act as a paddling pool for small children). The fully landscaped back gardens have two functional waterfalls, one of which flows into a fish pond and also acts as the main entry level. There is another entrance sala at the top, and a separate service access.

The house comprises 6 bedrooms (5 with king sized beds and 1 with two large single beds) and 6 bathrooms, each with bath and separate shower, and most with private gardens containing ornamental statues. Part of the master bathroom looks out over the bay through an ornamental garden. The staff quarters consists of an extra 2 bedrooms with own bathrooms. A safe is available for guest use in the master bedroom. On the lower terrace along with the massage or relaxation sala is the 6-seater jacuzzi.

  Kata Keeree was exactly what we were looking for. We were a group of 5 university friends and their families who now live in different countries. Baan Kata Keere was an amazing location with a beautiful view and wonderful facilities. The villa manager and staff were exceptional.   6 life long girlfriends chose this villa to celebrate turning 40. We all loved the villa on the website, but our actual stay far exceeded our expectations in so many ways. From the moment we were collected from the airport, the staff made us feel like royalty. They were all extremely obliging, not that we had to ask for anything as it was all done for us. They were simply amazing!!! Location location - unbeatable!!! Overlooking Kata Beach was breathtaking! Every night was spent relaxing on the candle lit timber deck. We had to pinch ourselves to make sure it wasn't a dream! As well as the views, it is a very short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, getting massages, facials, pedicures/manicures and currency exchanges/Atm's. Location couldn't have been better. Food food glorious food!!! It truly was glorious in everyway. We didn't want to dine elsewhere as the food, service and views couldn't be beaten by any restaurant. Six bedrooms and six bathrooms were all oversized and had amazing views of both ocean and pool. Having the well equipped gymnasium on site was a bonus. We were all very impressed with the kids room and can't wait to return to this villa with our families.
  Everything about this property is faultless!! All six of us would highly recommend this villa to anyone. Thank you to everyone at Baan Kata Keerree!!! We will never forget our stay at your villa and we truly appreciate how special you made it for us.

  We all had a wonderful stay at the villa. The three boys loved the pool, the playroom and especially the playstation. The staff were wonderful with them helping to keep an eye on them and I enjoyed the massages and even read some books !

  This is out third visit to the villa and once again Mr Jit and team have made this a memorable holiday. The fireworks on New Years Eve were amazing from our balcony, very hard to beat. We love this little slice of paradise and hope it won’t be too long before we can visit again....

  We had a wonderful time here, one of the most well equipped, functional and well maintained villas we’ve been to. Two coffee machines, also appreciated initiative, discreteness to our every need. Food was fantastic, view was excellent. Would love to be back here again sometime. PS. Love the inflatable croc too.

  A group of six couples... had an awesome time... The staff were amazing beyond belief... could not have asked for better service anywhere. Thank you for such a lovely time... we will definitely be back! Compliments to the Chef... the meals were amazing! What a great holiday!
