  Great spot. Not the fanciest, but clean and nice. Really enjoyed the pool (and hot tub.) Most days we had it completely to ourselves. Space is very well kept, as is the whole complex. Ocean is just across the way, and you can actually see it from the lanai. (Balcony) We'd definitely stay here again. One draw back is that the unit/complex is a little close to the main road in Kapaa, so you do hear some highway noise, but all-in-all totally worth it.
