This oceanfront condominium often referred to as "The Penthouse" or recently "A Spa for Your Soul."
It is located in the beautiful Wavecrest Resort, in the building closest to the ocean. This unit affords an unobstructed view of both Maui and Lanai. Wavecrest is the only condominium complex on the lush green end of the island.

The thoughtfulness and attention to detail displayed by the property owner was key in our enjoyment of the island. Staying in someone's home meant that there were an abundance of amenities not to be found in many traditional vacation rentals. When we spotted whales breaching just off shore we were able to use the binoculars provided to get a great viewing from the lanai. There were also games, Dvds, CDs and island specific reading material. When we were out on day trips we had use of various coolers and beverage containers. The decor was a cut above, fresh and stylish. The complex is mixed use and governed by an HOa. Don't expect the Wavecrest employees to treat you as a valued guest and you won't be disappointed. As a matter of fact, adjusting your expectations of Molokai in general will make for a more rewarding experience. We were content to idle away comfortable hours in a beautiful locale. I suggest seeing how well the unit is stocked before grocery shopping as many of the spices and whatnot are already there. Though it is oceanfront it is not really beachfront however a kayak is perfect for exploring the adjacent fish ponds. We were very, very happy with this property during our week there.

You can entirely believe everything that previous reviewers raved about this property. The owners have furnished & equipped it immaculately.
This was our first visit to Molokai, & despite reading about the island previously, it was much quieter than we had expected - surprisingly so. We visited Maui in 2006 & rented an apartment at Grand Champions, Wailea, & that had always been a benchmark. Wavecrest 305 surpassed it & set a new standard.
There is not much choice if you want to eat out on Molokai, but this apartment had every cooking utensil & aid that we needed. The Friendly Stores in town had a decent selection of provisions.
The location is superb, overlooking the sea to Maui & Lana'i -

We spent 9 days at Molokai and had researched the island well. It was so relaxing each day around mid afternoon to come back to the condo and property, relax, read a book, prepare a great meal. There is lots to do on the island but you need to drive about 15 or 20 miles to get to some of them ... except our favorite sandy beach was only 7 miles away at the 20 mile mark on the road. Kumu farms and the Molokai Livestock Coop are a must for stocking up with food (both located near the airport). The Filet Mignon from the Coop was the best we have ever had. A305 is so well equipped, and probably the best unit in the whole property. We were so sad to leave.

This is a very nice one bedroom unit on the third (top) floor. Newly remodelled, very clean and cheerful. Great location about 20 minutes from town. There is a small market with a small local fast food take out just 3 miles away. Conveniently located for the Halawa Valley, Kalaupapa, Kamakou and just about anything else. Nice views of Lanai and Maui. It is on the tropical East end of the island - do not stay on the west end - too remote and boring. We will stay there again. Reasonably priced - I doubt there is a better place for a couple to stay on Molokai.

This condo was exceptionally well equipped and clean! The oceanfront location is a wonderful spot to enjoy meals and cocktails. The grounds are exceptionally well maintained and the pool is pristine and refreshing.

This is the perfect place to stay on Molokai! And very reasonably priced. I was pleased with it already, but then after staying in a vacation home on Maui, this condo sets a standard that can't be beat. My husband and I had never been to Molokai, although we've visited the 4 largest Hawaiian Islands mulitple times. We spent 4 nights there before meeting up with kids and grandkids on Maui. We are so glad we did - we loved Molokai and Wavecrest a-305. We will definitely be back!
The condo is in a perfect location - can't believe how quiet, green, and what gorgeous views there are. It's a little east of Kaunakakai, but not terribly far and lots quieter than places in town. We're really glad we didn't try to stay out on the west shore - that is way out of the way and is pretty dead.
The place was immaculately clean, beautifully and comfortably furnished and incredibly well stocked (including binoculars, books, etc., and most food staples). The views from the lanai and out the back door towards the mountains were breathtaking. We will definitely be back and spend more time. -

If you wake up one morning and find yourself in the middle of the Hawaiian Islands on the plush Island of Molokai and are staying in the a-305 condo of the Wavecrest Resort, you know you have hit the jackpot!! It doesn’t get any better than this. Our stay in this luxurious end of the rainbow was the most fabulous, pristine place we have ever stayed. From top to bottom, back to front it was definitely a glorious experience. Everything is top notch and high quality. A week was too short for us to enjoy the many sites of this beautiful island as well as the amenities Wavecrest has to offer. They call it the Friendly Island for a reason and a stay at the albright's condo is the icing on the cake. It is a gem not to be missed!! Kathy & Jim

The high standard of the condos furniture and fittings and the view from the lanai in this condo are superb. The facilities and friendliness of the staff at the Resort were great. Even though the cost is not cheap it is still very good value for the quality of the accommodation

This specific condo has it all: a great view of the ocean, Maui, and Lanai; superior accomodations; wonderfully renovated and decorated. We have returned here a number of times and will continue to do so - each time spending more time. A more comfortable relaxing vacation can't be found anywhere. The condo kitchen is well equipted and there is no need to ever eat out.

Our 5-day stay at this beautiful condo was everything that we dreamed of. Connie was extremely efficient with the payments and the security deposit refund. The condo was extremely well furnished with elegant furniture, great dishes and silverware, and everything we needed. We slept well with the sound of the surf at night. The only disappointment was that we couldn't see the sunset from the lanai (but sunrises were nice).

As frequent travelers to Hawaii, we found this condo to be one of the best.
It is well furnished with a good bed but most importantly it is in fine location
with a nice swimable beach as well as a wonderful pool and hot tub. We loved
to sit outside in the sun and were reluctant to leave. -
