Jane and Doug,
We stayed at C-306 January 15 through February 29, 2012. The third floor location was really nice and didn’t have to be concerned with noise from anyone above us. The condo is great in all ways; excellent upgrades; complete kitchen with anything needed; very clean. We sat out on the lanai each morning in the teak furniture, sipping our Kona coffee and watching the sunrise over Maui and the whales spouting water. The sea breezes kept the condo cool and comfortable. We enjoyed the hospitality and friendliness of Wavecrest people and all the activities provided. The gardens are beautiful and the staff keep everything well groomed and clean. We came to Molokai to get away from the Texas cold weather, and we were not disappointed -- each day and night were comfortably warm and we enjoyed the fresh warm breezes that blew through the opened windows and sliding glass doors. We look forward to returning to this wonderful place of paradise here on Earth. Thank you for sharing your home with us.. We stayed in C306 for 4 nights last week and it was a very good accommodation. The only issue was the roosters that would start crowing around 4 in the morning but can't really fault anyone but the rooster for that. People in the complex were very nice. Had good whale viewings. No beach equipment but we had lousy weather so only went to the beach one day anyway. All in all, worth the money.

The view from the Lanai is beautiful. We had most of our meals there.
The grounds, pool and barbecues are very well maintained. We enjoyed the pool almost every day and used the barbecue quite often
We met a number of people there who were very pleasant and friendly.
Overall, a very enjoyable holiday.
